Gina and Isabella are absolutely amazing! They’re very knowledgeable, professional, and always go above and beyond to help. They’re well-known for providing excellent service and are highly trained to solve any issue quickly and efficiently. Every time I’ve come here, they’ve been kind, patient, and made sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend — great team and outstanding customer service

We had a problem with my brother's line because they didn't activate the phone right at the time of payment. Yes, they still charge more. It wasn't active for 6 days. Apart from that, they charge me 3 dollars, but it can't be. I've been with the metro for 4 years and I recommended it to my friend. Brother, I get bad service in this store, I don't recommend it, the people who serve you get upset, they still don't have a profession in customer service.

Mohammed at Metro PCS Sterling is my "go to" guy for all of my tech repairs. At other stores the repairs are expensive.or can't be done. These guys are technician wizars who get the job done well at a reasonable price and time frame. They are perfectly transparent about ordering parts or even the challenges our problems associated with your particular model of computer. Enter the age of enlightenment on your tech maintenence. Give these guys a visit or call!
