I went originally for a safety inspection. The waiting line is kind of dangerous and spills onto Route 7 so I advise going when it’s not that busy. When it was my turn an older Hispanic guy signaled me to go in. After going inside he starts speaking Spanish to me. He seemed annoyed that I didn’t speak Spanish when he had to switch to English. “What you WANT, What you WANT you need?!” I was polite and nice the whole time and told him I was just there for a Safety inspection. He continues to just stare me down and not saying anything for 15-20 seconds then says “get out” I get out, leave the keys there and wait.
I waited maybe 30-40 minutes for this safety. The whole time a younger bald hispanic guy with a bunch of chains (probably his son) kept walking back and forth mean dogging me looking me up and down and talking and pointing at me to his father or whoever that man is to him. I shrugged it off and didn’t pay attention to it, I’m a grown man so I try my best to avoid any confrontation and let him continue to talk about me. After my car was done he snapped his fingers at me and showed me my receipt and gave me my sticker and told me to go pay inside. Guy behind the counter was a nice guy and very helpful. Came out showed him the receipt then as I proceed to get in him and his son just stare at me the whole time. As I back out he’s signaling me to turn right, I turn right and he starts yelling “STOP STOP TURN RIGHT THAT WAY THAT WAY!” I was confused because I was turning that way…. Turns out this guy wanted me to reverse right in between two cars waiting in line and go through them. No thank you, I’m not squeezing past two parked cars and damaging my mirrors. I ended up just driving off.
You can go here by all means they’ll pass you but I seriously don’t know why these guys were targeting me from the beginning meanwhile everyone else they were nice and smiled towards them. I don’t think it’s a Spanish thing since the guy in front of me was African American and they treated him right. This is my first and last time going here. I was so polite and understanding just to be met with rudeness. I think I might have caught him before his lunch break I’m not sure but that’s not how you treat customers or people in general. I get it, I’ve worked as a lube tech, lot porter, service advisor I get how customers can be, but this was completely unnecessary and he knows he can get away with acting like this in his type of work since he’s probably the only one in charge.

The location of this Mobile station is the only reason I stop here for gas. When heading west on 7 from 286 from Reston Towne Center VA area, easy in, easy out, fill it up then on the road.

I usually do my cars inspections at this location! The guy who used to do it in the past years was a nice guy! New guy is rude, old, slow and also demands good tip after doing the inspection!

Went for State inspection. They tried to lie to me that my truck had an exhaust leak. I took it to my regular spot to get my inspection done and passed no issue. The inspector is a complete jerk too. Don't waste your time coming here, you have been warned.

So I have two flat tires and I pull into the Mobile station here and although it's after closing there is a mechanic in the garage. I knock on the bay window asking for help. He turns his back and refuses. Who does that at 7:30 pm to someone stranded on the side of the road? Unbelievable.
