They tried to way over charge me for four tires. I was able to buy all four tires at Walmart for what you guys wanted for two generic tires and I got Goodyear. Then when I went back to you guys to install tge tires you had customers in the store but somehow it took 7 entire hours to install my tires. Then they never called me to let me know my car was ready. If I didn't take it upon myself to go back right before close they would have kept my car overnight. They quoted me 150 when I dropped it off but somehow it became 200 when I picked up. By the way 25 year customer here who's looking for a new shop to get my work done at because I'm never ever using a Mr tire ever again. The customer service was criminally poor.

WARNING: DO NOT COME HERE— THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY EVEN IF NO SERVICE IS DONE!!
On Thursday evening my fiancé had a flat tire so we put the spare on and headed over to Mr. Tire to see if they could help because they were the only ones open and were closest to us. We ended up leaving the car overnight knowing they wouldn’t be able to give a quote until Friday morning, which was fine. We called on Friday morning around 11am after having not heard anything yet. They quoted $350 for ONE tire. We said no and asked for alternatives and they came back with a new price of $170. We initially said yes to go with that. After a few minutes and after telling them yes we called back and said never mind that we might have a warranty and will take it to where we bought it. NO WORK WAS DONE ON THE CAR AND THE CAR WASN’T EVEN MOVED OUT OF THE SPOT WE LEFT IT IN. Well, when we went to pick up the car in the evening after getting off work they charged a $20 “service fee”!! FOR WHAT?!? Absolutely nothing was done to the car!!! All they did was quote a tire price!! I WOULD NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN EVEN AS A LAST RESORT!! If this is how they treat a potential customer I can’t imagine how much they’ll scam you as an actual customer!!

I stopped in without an appointment because my tire was almost flat (2PSI). The team was very friendly, took my car right back, and patched the hole and patched a plug in the same tire.
While waiting I was told my rear brakes were 1-32 which is dangerous and my rotors were shot and should replace immediately. The repairs would be $800. I passed on the repairs and took my car to my regular mechanic and discovered my front brakes are 10-32 and my rear brakes are 6-32. Also my rotors were fine!
This is unfortunate as the team at Mr Tire was friendly and handled the patch expeditiously, but tried to upsell me for brakes that I didn’t need at the cost of $800.

Don’t come here, I just came here for a screw in one of the weels and they try to tell me that all the tires were bad asking for change for new one idk if two or more also they will charge us more because they have found one screw which idk what happened because I only came with only one thing to repair the only one screw . And also they did a damage to my car in the center of the tired hub cap dissapear and looks horrible ,only in the one that was supposed to to repair . I call the cops to see what I can do for this and they said they couldn’t do anything . I asked the guy to check for my missing part or what they can do about this and they said they will call me on Friday to know if they can get the right piece missing of the hub cap .
Horrible experience .

I had a nail in my passenger right side tire it was in the middle and fixable but they said they couldn't do anything for me and tried getting me to buy more than I needed so I went home and patched it myself.. there are no helps they just see money walking in.

Very professional and great customer service. From my first phone call to me visiting the location and getting my vehicle serviced they handled everything flawlessly and answered all my questions and assured they would take care of me !

Such a kind crew. They got me right. Antonio fixed my car up real quick. Micky offered me drinks during my wait. They stayed open a little longer to fix my flat. Just truly amazing kind people.

Had a flat and were towed into Mr. tire. Was advised that the tire we required was not available and would not be in the shop until the following day. We were obliged to Uber 10 miles north to where we were staying. Received a call call the following days that our car was ready. Uber back to Mr. tire when we arrived we were advised by the gentleman at the counter that he had made a mistake and that it was not our car that was ready and that our car would not be ready until 530 that day we had arrived at 1:30 to pick the car up. We had a choice of either Uber. Bring back 10 miles or waiting around for four hours by 415 they had installed our tires. We are relocating to this area and needless to say Mr. tire will not be our first choice the next time we need new wheels

I went there today for an oil change. There were two people at the information desk. One of them was unresponsive even though he was free. The other guy told me they couldn't do an oil change because they were closing at 7pm, even though I went at 4pm. They seemed very uninterested.
