Using mvix software with brightsign players at all our 58 dealer locations as well as our headquarters. We started using Mvix in just our HQ to showcase office birthdays, HR notices, etc. as a pilot. After about a year, our dealer locations to adopted mvix cms. solid software and very reliable connections to brightsign players. all our departments have user access with permissions. smart playlist feature is a life saver. our IT team just started using their noc feature for all our dealers.

Their new software is by far the most comprehensive CMS we have come across. Installed a few dozen screens around our warehouse and it’s been running rock solid since day one. Videos publish within seconds. Super cool and easy to use software. The screens kept showing content even when we lost internet for the weekend. Good job guys!

Our experience with the Mvix product has been very good. Once you understand your way around the backend it works great. We had some issues with our TV monitors and their tech support was extremely responsive, and more importantly, resolved the problem quickly. It was a pleasure troubleshooting with Brandon. Happy to recommend Mvix for digital signage anytime.

Software is amazing. Running 4 screens in our office. We schedule once a week and announcements change daily. Impressed by how quickly the slides are downloaded. Support team has been helpful for all our questions. Love the device health features

This product was great for quite awhile, but several months ago they "updated" their website. This "update" made several of our devices incompatible with their system, forcing us to order a bunch of new devices. Further, the new website didn't support several features we had previously been using, forcing me to rebuild hundreds of pieces of content, which they didn't tell me also wouldn't be supported in their current resolution, forcing me to rebuild them *AGAIN*. The new features they have added have awful, incredibly buggy interfaces that make them very difficult to use. Find a different digital signage provider.

Mvix is clearly the superior choice in digital signage software for our needs at POWER Engineers and our 50 offices nationwide and in Canada. The interface is robust and easy to use, regardless of your computer skill level.

Working with MVIX is a great experience! We appreciate the ability to customize the displays to fit our needs as part of the initial set up, and the added flexibility to change the display images automatically or manually. The Ryno and the team were so helpful to simplify our workflow and workload. I highlighly recommend MVIX for electronic display needs.

I have had the pleasure of working with this product for over 2 years, I feel it meets our expectations on the vehicle we need to convey our messages, also the customer service has been excellent, every time i have experienced an issue they were quick to respond to help resolve it.

Purchased several units that worked great for a few years and then suddenly the company decided to transition to a new online platform of some kind and in doing so force us to spend more money on all new equipment or else they just deactivate the devices so we are now left with no menu board solution in the middle of service. I have no trust in the brand they wouldn't just do this again so even though I liked the service until now, will never buy again.

Mvix products are easy to use, versatile, and innovative. We have at least one digital signage device at all locations that engage customers by providing additional merchandise deals, satellite store locations, positions available, upcoming events, and product spotlights. We even feature some of our commercials from Youtube! These devices have opened a world of possibilities for our marketing, operations, and retail teams.

3/08/2023 Wednesday: We are having another issue with our display. An email has been sent with no response so far. None of the three devices display in our restaurant and cms.mvix.com site is extremely slow I won't be able to see details from my end.

Working with Mvix has been a great experience. They created exactly what we were looking for. We had this menu vision for our restaurant, Dog n Suds, and they hit it out of the park. Mvix responded back quickly with any questions or issues I had. They created a simple instruction video, specifically for me, to show me how to insert pictures into our menu board. I would highly recommend talking with this company about what they can do for your business.

We have been using our Mvix Xhbit for the last few years. Our school purchased it to share photos and inspirational quotes to our students and community. We mounted the TV next to our gym so everyone can enjoy the photos and quotes. The software makes it easy to manage and share our playlist.

Signage is easy to create and easy to post. It is hosted in the cloud. When there are signage issue MVIX support addresses it right away. They always help in a courteous, and very timely manner. MVIX support is the best.
