I would give 0 stars to Nalli’s automotive/autobody. I gave my brand new Audi car a small repair on the rear bumper. He is not a professional body shop. I went to their shop and checked multiple times, and still, the work was not done perfectly. Again. I have to take it to the showroom. They drove my vehicle 70 miles. I made the incorrect choice by trusting Mr. Patel.
After all that, they damaged my car's front hood. They put some glue on the hood, and they put so many scratches on it. After washing the car, I can see a few other scratches on it. I felt so bad seeing my new car in that shape. I am attaching the pictures. Please be aware of them!!

It was an absolute pleasure to have been served by this auto mechanic establishment. Despite being a small business, this establishment never fails to provide reliable service whenever something goes wrong with my car. I went to another auto mechanic before coming to this place, and they were trying to rip me off by over pricing their services. But the owner here has always been genuine with me and charges a fair price. I would 100% recommend bringing your car to this auto mechanic.

Pretty good service and reasonably priced with appropriate diagnosis. I can say with confidence as I have been taking my vehicles to this place since few years and always the diagnosis was correct and priced reasonably.Good aspect is you get to see your vehicle during the time of diagnosis if required. You do not get to see this anywhere else.The price is discussed upfront and repairs are performed later after agreement.Also the beauty is you can work on your laptop while you stay as they provide free internet service and you are utilizing your time wisely. Thanks for all you do Nalli's Automotive.
