I highly recommend this shop- the Sterling Diventures location has a nice selection of options in a quiet, tucked away spot that's not too noisy at decent prices. It was nice to have someone take their time to explain the pros and cons of each option while I was Christmas shopping for my kids today. Willie was very knowledgeable and considerate, asking the right questions to help me feel confident in my selections. I wound up with a box of basic gear to wrap for under the tree and gift cards for my kids to come back for dive instruction after the holidays.

When my interest in scuba diving was sparked I stopped by Nautilus Aquatics. They were so friendly and answered all my questions. I signed up for the open water course and got my gear on the spot. They are a one stop shop. It was a wonderful experience. I had so much fun. They are very patient and clearly have a passion for the sport. Highly recommend for anyone needing gear and or instruction.

My experience taking the OW course here was great years ago, but when I signed up for the AOW I encountered consistent un-responsiveness despite having paid for the online module already.To be fair COVID did play a role in this, but after multiple e-mails and calls it's just not the level of service you'd expect from any organization.Ended up having to pay for course a second time (due to COVID/expiration of module) after finding another dive shop and no response.

I have been diving with Nautilus and it’s owners Melissa and Jason since 2015. I have upgraded all my gear there, been certified in a number of specialty diving courses, and recently completed my Divemaster there. I have also done many, many scuba diving trips with them. The reason I keep going back is because they’ve become like family to me and we have an absolute BLAST together! The advice they’ve given me on gear upgrades demonstrates a very high level of knowledge and expertise on their part. Each purchase has enhanced the quality of my diving experience. Jason and Melissa are also fantastic instructors. I have learned so much from them. Their teaching style is encouraging, patient, positive, and has done wonders for my confidence. Last, but by no means least, we have had THE BEST time diving together on the trips we’ve taken together. Melissa does all the travel planning and booking. She is also an excellent communicator of the travel plans and the various requirements we need to be aware of by country. This has been particularly challenging during the Covid pandemic, but she always manages to keep everyone together, going in the right direction, and getting us all there and back in one piece. I cannot emphasize what a challenge this can be with old farts like me being in the group. In summary, Melissa herds cats very effectively and always is that calm voice in the storm when someone gets worked up about missing a connection or forgetting their underwater camera chip. They are both fantastic underwater photographers and have documented a great history of the trips we’ve done together. I have moved back to Florida since retiring, but when I dive, I always go diving with Jason and Melissa and through Nautilus. I just wouldn’t have it any other way. They are great instructors, expert scuba advisors, and, more than anything, they are truly wonderful friends.

I highly recommend stopping by, earlier today I spent a solid hour hanging out with Beth and Jason going over some equipment packages for future dives. Not only did they put up with my barrage of questions but they were incredibly kind and patient from information on classes, gear, trips and everything scuba related! Needless to say I found my dive shop In NOVA! Thank you guys!

I originally booked my confined dives with Nautilus due their price. It was a little less than some of their competitors and found that appealing. Unfortunately, this wasn't the best decision. We had a bad heat wave that weekend yet we still had to be outside starting at 10 and ending midday assembling gear and putting it on. It was so hot and harsh on our bodies. They also had us in a room with little to no AC since it was an older house. We then ran to the pool where we didn't have many breaks. So we went through very hot to very cold after hours of training. At least 50% of the class had to drop out due to various reason - mostly heat exhausted. I made it through day one but I couldn't finish day two because of that. I wanted to give up and not get certified but instead gave it another shot with Blue Octopus Scuba. I am now certified, through Blue Octopus and would HIGHLY recommend going with them in stead. The divers at Nautilus were nice enough but I feel like the quality of everything, including the divers, are so much higher at BO. Overall, glad it all worked out and excited to dive during my next trip!

Excellent service and advice, from people who dove regularly. Melissa and Jason can help you find anything you need AND lend advice on gear and diving locales. Do you need certification? They do all of that as well. We completed our nitrox certification just about a year ago. Classes online, reviews/practicals and tests at the dive shop. Don't wait until you've arrived at your destination for all this, do everything at home at arrive for vacation ready for the deep!
