I had a great experience at Office Depot thanks to Monse’s outstanding customer service. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire printing project process. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made my visit quick and stress-free. I truly appreciate the excellent support and will definitely return because of the great service I received.

We went in there this morning at around 9 to print something out. The woman working at the print & copy area was very rude. We asked for help because we have never printed something here before and she was very passive aggressive and dismissive with us. I have never had a customer service experience this bad.

He exhibited utmost professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness throughout the process. The project was completed swiftly and with meticulous precision. Store Manager Monse also provided invaluable assistance and demonstrated remarkable professionalism. Their collaborative efforts constitute what I consider a truly exceptional team. I just had the worse customer service experience ever today! I walked in to have some drawings printed for a project we are doing. I am a business owner and I always print with them. I’ve never had a bad experience I spend a lot of money with Office Depot every year - the Spanish guy at the counter was extremely rude to me when I asked to have my drawings printed. They were not even busy but he said in a sarcastic way “ next time what you should do is send it in advance and we can have it ready for you” it usually takes 24 hours. I was like what? I always just walk in and have it printed. I usually wait 20 or so minutes but I didn’t mind as I was gonna do some shopping in the store. I was so turned off I just walked away and said I’ll print somewhere else. This guy needs to be put in his place! Sorry Office Depot you won’t get any more of my business. I wish I would have gotten his name but I was just so annoyed i wanted to leave. HOME DEPOT GET BETTER!

Can I give less than 1 star? Horrible customer service! Do not send FedEx through them! Sending FedEx and had to wait 30 minutes for the one employee who knows how to do it to show up—she was 20 minutes late, and then proceeded to be very rude to me and another customer who had been waiting.
Then, when I checked on my package I discovered it was still sitting there the next day. FedEx had picked up that evening, but my package wasn’t included. When I called they said they don’t control FedEx pick ups or even monitor when it’s picked up, and could not guarantee that it would even get picked up a day late.
Called FedEx and they advised they picked up from them but my package was not in the basket. FedEx immediately went over and retrieved the package for me so it got to its destination a day late.
When I asked Office Depot for manager’s name and corporate number to file a formal complaint, they refused to give me any information.
Will never use them again after such a horrible experience. Go directly to FedEx to ship packages. I hope FedEx will remove them as an authorized FedEx location.

I had a last minute print need for a trade show happening the next day. All the other stores were either unable to help due to too many prior orders, not knowledgeable, or didn’t have the services I needed. Kirk stepped in and helped me so much! He even walked me around to different sections of the store to show me my options for things not even in his department. He was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about what I needed. Saved the day!

It's taken me 2 months to write this review because the experience that I had at this store was traumatic. A staff member at this store by the name of Kirk is one of the worst human beings I've ever encountered in my life! I went into the store to ask if I could have an official document laminated, and Kirk very rudely responded to me. In his aggressive response, he also told to look up at him while he was berating me as if I was a child! I'm new to this country and new to the policies that stores here have about laminating certain documents. That does NOT mean that as a customer rep he gets to speak down to me like that. Before I approached him, I noticed his disgusting manners with another woman at the printer. I went back to the store later to make an official complaint but the store manager was absent. But there were a few customers at the front entrance complaining about Kirk! Kirk was standing by watching these customers express their grievances and yet, he had a smirk on his face! We were advised by the acting manager to write an email. I was too upset to recount my appaling encounter with him so instead I decided to cool off for a day or 2. I called the store later to speak to the manager and again there were no managers present. Hence, I'm writing this review (finally).
Kirk needs go. Period.

Best experience ever in an office supply store. Great customer service. This is going to be my go to store and it's the last of its kind in the neighborhood. Amazon won't notice if I cheat occasionally will they?

If I could leave no star and still write a review, I would. My first time visiting an Office Depot for a printing job or ever, and had the pleasure of meeting Kirk. Kirk not only lacks customer service, but also has a way of speaking down to you that makes your experience worthwhile! Having worked in customer service myself for the last 6 years, I get having bad days and rude customers. Can't even say I was rude, I walked in had no idea what I was doing and had no problem telling him that. After seeing his facial expressions when I didn't know what type of material I wanted my poster to be printed out on (didn't know there were different types) | decided it's so much easier to just order it off Etsy and support a small business!
Thanks for the hospitality Kirk, appreciated all your hard work! :)

Kirk was very rude, unhelpful, and lacked basic customer service skills. Don’t come to this location if you need help with anything, help isn’t available for you here.

Very poor customer service tonight at the copy center and checkout line. Both employees were not friendly, didn’t greet nor thank me, honestly just really unprofessional. Next time, I’ll just order from Amazon to avoid these headaches.
