The cashier with the red hair was incredibly rude, and he burped in my face twice. You can't make this stuff up. This is who you use for customer service? Yikes

No acknowledgment by staff of my existence while waiting . No "we will be right with you" nothing. They just walked all around me as I stood at the customer service desk.

I had a bad experience with a delivery of a box of printing paper left unprotected under heavy rain. I filled à complain. 1: I was fully refund without problem by calling the customer service. 2: I received an email from a manager at the customer service department assuring me that they'd do the right thing. I hope they will offer me a free box of that paper as a gesture since I would have to re-order the package without the discount and do not trust the delivery guy. I am a member of ODP since 2000, and I never had a bad experience before. Laura.

Went in to pick up a specific item on a Friday mid day. The place is in shambles. Empty boxes and pallets all over the place blocking isles. Merchandise all over the floors. I look around for what I'm looking for (an item for a tablet). I find the general area where I expected it to be based on the signs in the isles. Totally different stuff there, doesn't match the signage at all. An employee blocks the isle I am trying to walk down with a work cart then simply walks away. Finally found what I needed in a different spot with an incorrect price on the hanger (because a different product belonged there). Work my way to the check out (around all the junk on the floor). Nobody at the register. I wait. An employee nearby who is sorting through boxes finally comes over. Seems annoyed I am not interested in providing my phone number. Then even more annoyed I want to pay cash. My item was less than $10 + plus an impulse buy of a beverage at the checkout. Since I didn't really need the item until next week, but stopped in because I was already at that shopping center for something else, I probably would have been better off just ordering it from Amazon. Looking at the Amazon site, there is a better item for only a $1 more that could be delivered by Sunday. Next time I will skip this store.

Needed several booklets printed, color, double sided, low quality paper standard 24 hour turn around time frame. Went to Office Depot in Sterling VA Joe gave me a quote of $49.95 per book. Good thing I always get a 2nd quote, which was less than a third of what Office Depot tried to charge me. An outrage, my total cost would have been $2,500.00. Highway robbery, always get another quote.

Store manager is incompetent and rarely there. I cannot believe that they allow him to run a store! I can get better treatment at Staples.

Do your self a favor and go to the Reston location. I’ve been using the print shop a lot the last few days and the Reston guys are amazing and on top of their job. The guy at this Sterling location literally huffed at me while saying I should use the self serve because they close in half an hour. What terrible service. I needed a few print outs on card stock. I will be going elsewhere for any office requirements.

This is one of the better Office Depot in the area. Maybe the staff and management can be sent to the Reston branch to teach them proper manner. The Office Depot in Reston is run by RUDE staff member. Shameful the management is just as bad.

I hope this location remains open. It's right in a strip mall next to Michaels and it's never busy but had pretty much any supplies I need. True you almost have to know where to look as employees are scarce but it's easy to find items. Very polite employees who sometimes aha. To deal with difficult customers

Zero customer service, Everytime I go here they are short on staff. And the ones that are working don't know how to print stuff. Keep a proper person in print and copy section.

This place doesn't even deserve single star, I wish Yelp has option of zero rating. I got kicked out at 8:58 because the store is closing at 9pm. No flexibility to wait for a customer to grab the supplies in short time is not allowed in this store. I am cancelling my office depot membership

Absolutely disgusting store. Always seems under staffed, and despite the mess the employees are. Always either no where to be found, or lounging around in the print department. The store is a total mess, with stains and trash laying everywhere, just look at the picture! Sad, I remember in the early 2000s these stores were always well maintained. What changed?

I don't normally leave reviews, and i'm mixed about my experience here. The two ladies at the print center who helped me were very nice, but the young Asian guy with glasses was very unprofessional, borderline hostile to me. I went in to have 15 copies of a ten page document printed in color. I emailed it to the address he told me to. It was a large file, so it was taking a while to download. He started waiting on other people, which was fine -- even though he had two other people helping him. He also told me it would be $0.72 per side even though I looked online and it was $0.42 per side plus 30% off. He dismissed me to go to self serve. After that didn't work, he said my file was too large (90 MB, which i told him in the beginning) and said the store could only handle 30 MB files (why didn't he tell me that before I spent 30 minutes there???). Anyhow, I came home and used their online tool to upload the job. It charged me $0.42 a side and the 30% off coupon worked. I called the store to make sure it was alright, and the woman says the file finally opened after I left!!!! Why'd he waste my time like that? When I went back to pick up the job, he grabbed the box and shoved it at me, while the polite younger lady behind the counter was all smiles. I hate to say it, but Office Depot should get rid of him. If he's good at the printing or if you cannot find anybody better, put him on night shift so he can't ruin anybody else's day.
