If you want to be followed and feel harassed, come here. If you want your clothes thrown around while you're looking for something, come here. They don't let you look around in peace. Today I had a terrible experience with the staff at this store. I've been a customer for two years, and thanks to these staff, I will never return.

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any store. I simply wanted to exchange two outfits my mom bought for my son. The cashier did not mention the total I would receive for both items before completing the transaction. She told me after it was completed. I was upset because I was told I would have to pay more for the exact same items when I initially mentioned I just wanted a basic exchange for a smaller size.
She became extremely defensive, started accusing me of attacking her when I was verbalizing I was upset and I would rather keep the items than get back $2.71 and $8 for items that are more expensive currently in store. Both times the manager came over to assist, not only did she not acknowledge me, she complained for having to come over to help, rolled her eyes and then accused me of saying things that I never said.. it was what the cashier said about herself saying “I guess I was wrong and messed up!” I hadn’t even spoken to the manager at this point.
I don’t believe in being rude to employees, waitresses etc, regardless of the situation. Even though I was mistreated by both employees in front of other customers, I still tried to make peace with the cashier. I tried to respectfully explain where I was coming from of the initial return and exchange. She not only interrupted and spoke over me, but then said she didn’t care what I had to say…
She wasn’t following protocol for the returns and I don’t believe she knew what she was doing because the manager had to explain how to exchange an item, several times.
My husband and I are both teachers, struggle financially and love to shop at old navy when they have deals on clothes for our son. It’s what we can afford. However, I’ll never, ever go back to this store for the humiliation and unprofessionalism I received. Save your time and money.

Customer Service (including Manager on duty) are not helpful at all and do not take ownership of their faulty products. they refused refund in the store (no refund, no store credit, nothing). On calling their customer service, they approved refund but still waiting to receive the refund for 2-months. Sending emails, no response. I hate to shop at OldNavy again. Zero Customer Care.

This is a very nice Old Navy. You can tell it’s well managed due to everything is organized and neat. Great selection of clothing. It’s good that they have bathrooms and that they’re well kept/clean.

Pulled up at 8:54pm. Walked in and two employees were chatting. The elder woman, Joni, says "you have to leave, we're closed." I say you're are not closed for another 5 minutes and I'm just making a return, not shopping or buying anything. She then says that her watch says past 9pm already and I say then you would have locked the doors already. The young male employee confirms they are not closed yet as 5min remain. She continues to try get out of doing work by saying the register is already closed and she can't reopen. I tell her to call whomever and get it reopened as the store isn't closed. She tries to over-talk me and is just complaining about it being 5min to close. Whomever she calls tells her to open it and all of a sudden now she has the ability to log on to a register ?. Joni is lazy and a liar. I was low key amused that she kept trying to get the other workers to corroborate but they didn't. Mostly I am annoyed because I am trying to finish up errands and make my flight on time and this old lady is playing dumb games. I don't live in the area but visit family here often. This was my first time in this store location but certainly wouldn't recommend anyplace that employs folks who are bold face liars and attempts to be cohersive and manipulative with your staff and customers. Seems like Joni would do anything other than her job. One star is for the 2 other employees who ignored her nonsense.
