I went here yesterday and the workers were really rude and impolite. I went into the fitting room with my daughter and they kicked the door while yelling from outside that we had to go in one at a time. I didn't know that we had to go in one at a time. So when my daughter was trying to put her clothes back on and leaving, they kept yelling and banging on the door. The workers here act like uneducated persons who don't even know what service is. I don't know who the manager is, but I hope they educate the workers.

I was disappointed in the lack of professionalism the young black male/female (unsure) with very long braided hair treated me today. They acted absolutely bothered, spoke down to me and rolled their eyes at me several times. Never have I been treated so poorly anywhere in my lifetime. My receipt shows name: Erik G but it’s difficult to read as ink was low. I truly hope corporate reviews this incident today 11/8 at approximately 5pm and does something about this employee who absolutely needs more training or simply another job.

Horrible customer service. The young woman at the front behaved as if it pained her to help me. I asked a simple question and she treated me as if I was an idiot. Disgusting. Pacsun do better!

Me and my friend went here earlier tonight and I politely asked the African American worker with bleached eyebrows to open the fitting room saying, “Hi! Could you please open a fitting room for me?”. The worker proceeded to roll her eyes at me and side eye me. Prior to this we had just walked in and shopped without bothering anyone. Then after opening the door for me and not saying anything at all (the entire interaction), I said thank you, which she did not deserve. My friend asked her to open the other room after me and she was very rude, unresponsive, and didn’t even look at her. Then as we were leaving I saw her whispering to the redhead girl and staring at us. Horrible experience. Some people do not need to work in retail and she is one of them. Please fire her cause this is not even the first review about her…

The reason why we keep on going there once in a while is the location otherwise it is really not that great. It is usually noisy and very crowded. The food court is a toll house. One of my favorite stores -because of its products- is J.C. Penney but the place inside this mall always looks like a tornado went through it maybe there is a thing as having too much merchandise. Also back in winter I wanted to try on some cloth and the changing rooms were occupied by whole families trying on big loads of cloth. Finally one stall opened and a woman came out with her arm full of cloth and when I wanted to go in there, the employee told me that the lady wasn't done yet..... There is honestly not that much in that mall that interests me, most stores are more catered towards teenagers. I like the bookstore but I miss the "cozy" feeling that you usually get from places like this. At the beginning we went to the movie theater quite a bit but found some better options (they leave too many lights on during the movie and the lights by the stairs are pretty bright. Also the air can get really cold especially if you sit in the last two rows...).
