My experience here was great . Muhammad was a great business man who got straight to it . He asked knew exactly who I was even tho he didn’t speak to me which means there is good communication in there . My phone was cracked and unresponsive at the top half of my screen it’s now fixed and works perfectly. He asked if it was my first time and I told him “yes” he then said “since it’s your first time I’ll give you the screen protector for free just bring me business.” If you ask me what a smart move come here everyone !

Super friendly! Def recommend!My 13 pro died last week and I went to this place, a stuff help me to update it through iTunes but not work, they borrowed me a phone for over 3 days and even though I got repaired by Apple store eventually, they didn't charge me any diagnose fee or phone borrow fee, they also explain to you very detail and friendly.Vellly nice?

My mobile phone Samsong note 10+ was not charging due to bad cord connection. The technician in the sotre was able to fix the badd connection of phone in less than 5 minutes free of charge. That speaks of honesty and excellent customer service. I will go back to him for any future work needed on my phone without any hesitation.

My phone's malfunction was a challenge as I did not have insurance on my phone. The issue was qualified with patience and understanding. I received multiple options on ways to go about solving my phone's challenge. It has been a long time since I've received excellent technical help coupled with great customer service. This is a gem of a store. Congrats and Kudos to the founders of P.C. Mobile on Church Rd in Sterling for conducting business the right way!!! -Thank you, from an impressed and new loyal customer! came here after a bad experience with computer clinic services, they tried to charge me $50 to remove a simple screw while this store did it for FREE, will definitely come back here for repairs when I get the money

The entire staff at PC Mobile were friendly, courteous, and professional! Mohamed fixed my cracked iPhone screen quickly and was extremely thorough at explaining the procedure and instructions following the repair. This place was amazing . Very friendly workers especially, Mohammed. He fixed my iphone that wifi didn’t work. He did it so quickly and was super good with simple communication to tell me what was wrong . This guy deserves a RAISE. Please pay him more and let him have a bigger break. Thanks!
