After only two sessions my daughters swing and confidence is much improved. The hitting instruction process includes video and Hittrax, and has proved to be extremely beneficial. We looked around the NOVA region for instruction and now drive an hour to get here, but Jeff is well worth it. Jeff Pinkman is by far the best instructor we have used and my daughter loves coming here.

Coaches are very friendly and personable. Easy to talk to and very attentive. They are punctual, start each lesson on time and to the full 60 minutes. Coaching during lessons are individualized, professional and high quality. My grandson Darby is really benefiting from each lesson????. I am very happy with how much he is improving in such short time!

This is a great place to get true consistent help. Hitting is a physical yet such a mental game and both are addressed at Pinkman. My daughter has been coached primarily by Coach Jordan and Coach Brian. She has consistently improved with her hitting and other softball skills. There are so many positives built into Pinkman sessions. I recommend Pinkman to all players from the beginner to the seasoned player. The expertise of the coaches and their individualized attention to detail is superior to other programs.If you want to see consistent player improvement at all levels, Pinkman is the place to go.

All of the coaches are knowledgeable, professional, and patient. As a result of their lessons, my boys were hitting and pitching harder and faster and they made their respective travel and all-star teams!

Great experience with owner Jeff today. Would highly recommend Pinkman Academy to anyone looking to have their player looking to increase their baseball IQ. Jeff took the time to first warm up my son (9u) with exercise and band work prior to anything else. He then analyzed his pitching and gave concrete advise and steps in how we can change his approach to pitching.

We came in to try it out for one lesson and definitely will be returning. Jeff was welcoming and gave us great hospitality. Christian took our son through a pitching lesson and is an excellent teacher of his craft. looking forward to returning!

Matt and Jeff at the Pinkman Academy have been fantastic. Their attention to details makes them successful in what they do. Although my son has gone to only 4 hitting sessions you can already tell the difference in his swing and bat speed. Highly recommend these guys for your son or daughter. Thanks PA.

The facility is safe and clean. I noticed they have installed massive air purifiers that run all night. My daughter has made great improvements working with J.Pinkman in her batting. We just started training with Matt, who we will be back to see. She gained so much in the hour he spent with her. Both trainers have baseball experience and plenty of knowledge in softball. I am always impressed with the plethera of information I learn while I'm there. On my daughter's new team, everyone has asked me where she trains, I have nothing but good things to say about the facility.

2 sessions in and Coach Jordan has son swinging through with more power. Great job explaining and conveying concepts with creative methods.
