POTOMAC METALS INC

Hours: Based on the reviews, POTOMAC METALS INC. is an efficient and well-organised facility with friendly and professional staff. The employees from the scale house to the loading crew are described as excellent, attentive, and helpful. One reviewer noted the staff spoke and understood English. For drivers, the facility has enough space to maneuver. However, loading docks 4 and 5 require a blind side back, while docks 1-3 can be sight sided. Another issue mentioned is that the right loading docks are blind sided hard for a sleeper, while the left docks are wide open. A driver also advised paying attention to how a load is placed to avoid being overweight, noting the scale to weigh is 50 miles away. For smaller drop-offs, like four rotors, the experience was completely positive, with extremely friendly staff who promptly assisted with weighing and identifying items. The loading process took 45-60 minutes, as expected. Overall, it is considered the best place to pick up a load, and reviewers would definitely return.
