The lady who assisted me was wonderful. I felt very discouraged with my hair thinning. I had went to another shop who told me my hair was too thin for a topper and I would have to go with a wig. Which was way out of my price range. I was stressing on how I could ever afford to purchase a wig. She showed me how easy the topper was to use and was so pleasant. Thank you for making me feel beautiful! ❤️❤️

I have been visiting this store for years. Sarah (the manager) is so nice, polite and very welcoming. She has been doing a great job matching my hair color (and I have a mix of several colors in my hair!) with the hair extensions. I have bought so many of their extensions in so many different styles. Sarah and that other lady who works there in the afternoon spend so much time with each customer to make sure the customer leaves their store happy. They also have great jewelry and other accessories. I will be buying more hair extensions :-)

I drove 25 minutes specifically to this shop today, arriving a few minutes before 11 am when it is supposed to open. I waited around until 11:15 am and still no one had come to open the store. Made for a super disappointing and pointless trip to the mall. Things happen and traffic and family emergencies and all that but it was a huge inconvenience. I would make sure to call if you plan on arriving at store opening to make certain someone is there.

I've been coming here for well over a decade. Staff is incredibly nice and I never feel pushed like other boutique style stores in the mall. I still have hair barrettes from mid 2000.

Great Service, recently my hair fell out because of a bad bleach incident and I felt very insecure with a shaved head. I tried out multiple wigs at different stores and they all were really itchy or expensive. I tried going here as a last resort and I’m so glad I did. The woman working there helped me find a wig that made me feel comfortable in my own skin. She also gave me advice on how to maintain the wig and prevent the itchy scalp. The price range is pretty good compared to other places. I got a full human hair wig that was lace front and past my shoulders and it was $299. (other stores I have been too we’re starting at $400). Really recommend going here :)

The young woman who was running the place was very patient and helpful as I was FaceTiming my mother since she was the one who was picking out the wigs. Ended up leaving with two wigs that my mom is excited to try out. Had a great experience.
