Rodrigo was so helpful in finding what I needed for new flooring. He was super patient and knowledgeable. I was able to take a few samples home to make sure they matched with my cabinets and was able to narrow down and find what I needed with Rodrigo’s help.

I have worked with ProSource for 5 bathrooms now. I have never been disappointed. Suzanne has always been extremely helpful with ideas and answers to questions of mine. Everyone is extremely polite, helpful and patient and very knowledgable. I would not go anywhere else for tile.

Wow wow wow… this place is awesome! They have the best customer service. Everyone was really friendly and was interested in assisting us pick out new floors. Amira, is who helped us and she was fantastic.

Customer service is excellent. Array of products is unbeatable. Deliveries reliable The only reason I don't rate at 5 stars is that communication could be better on billing, ease of tracking estimated delivery dates. Will use ProSource on my next project

I'm a contractor who worked with this location for many years sending them clients, unfortunately this place is going down hill in customer relations and products way too many mistakes and issues to list, only reason I'm giving them one star is because of their designer LeeLee who is way overworked and I hope she will leave like many other designers did and find a better place where she's more respected.

Came in to meet my contractor's sales rep who was with another client. Gene stepped in, showed me around, and answered all my questions and then some. Made me want to refloor my entire house.

Great place for contractors. Wide selections in all categories and helpful staff. Clients can go with an introduction and be guided through what could be an intimidating variety of products. This can be a big help for those clients who need to physically see things, not just browse the web.

They say it is wholesale it is pure lies and their prices are way over priced compared to everyone even online.The same tile they sold me was 30 percent cheaper in Floor and Decor. Houzz has way better prices than they do online with free shipping.

Clowns or Crooks - BOTH I only needed two boxes of flooring for a small job. I needed it to match perfectly and since I purchased the other flooring here (for an entire level of the house) I felt this would be the best best for the small job to obtain the match. Here is the Crooks part - even though it was a very small order I was charged the same shipping fee as if it were a large order. So, as I see it they combine multiple small orders and make money hand over fist by screwing the customer (a repeat customer at that!). No amount of negotiation would change their mind. Now for the Clowns part. I get the email that my order is ready for pickup at the Dulles location. I go there and the person helping me has no idea about the order "I don't know anything about it" says he. I give him the name on the order telling him it's for my house. He says no, I need the name of the company it's for. I say again...I bought it for my house. I BOUGHT IT. Not a company. ME. I show him the email, he no one by that name works here and calls the MD location to try to find out something about the order and (now 20 min later) finally enlists the help of another clueless person who also knows nothing about the order and tells me it's not here. Luckily he shows Suzanne the paperwork and she says "Yeah, it's right over there". Numbskull 2 goes and puts eyes on the order. Tells me it is here and to drive around back past the yellow ramp to the second open bay and it will be brought to me. I follow his instruction and after 5 min of watching some guy drive a forklift around (through all his back and forth I kept saying to myself OK, he's getting my order). The forklift driver finally stops and asks if he can help me. I tell him I'm here to pick up an order. He says did they give you a ticket? I say no, I was told to drive back here past the yellow ramp to the second open bay door so, here I am. He is all puzzled and mutters something about no ticket. Another 5 min go by and he shows up with the order. All totaled, somewhere just shy of 45 min for a simple task that should have taken at most 10 min. Hat's off to Suzanne who saved the day for if she were not there I would have had no choice but to return home empty handed due to the incompetency of the other two workers. We called this sort of thing a Charlie Foxtrot in the Army. And that's exactly what this place is. A Charlie Foxtrot.
