Esi was very professional and honest. He served as a third opinion on whether my system needed to be recharged, and he was very forthcoming and thorough in determining that my system did not need to be recharged, saving me hundreds of dollars. Thanks!

Excellent work, great communication, and the price was very close to the initial estimate. Friendly folks too. I enjoyed dealing with them. They need to get a little bit more official with paperwork. Pretty much nothing was in writing. But I have no complaints about the work, the price, or the people. A job well done!
Update: And I had them back for an annual checkup for my commercial freezer, which was running a bit warmer than usual. They spotted a dust buildup I couldn’t see and took care of it. Excellent friendly service again - and yes, I got an invoice! :)

I am incredibly impressed with this company! My fridge stopped working on a holiday, and I didn’t expect anyone to come out so quickly. But they showed up right away, diagnosed the issue fast, and had it fixed on the spot. Their technician was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing.
It’s rare to find service this reliable—especially on a day when most places are closed. I’m truly grateful for their quick response and excellent work. Highly recommend!

Elementary ducting skills.. SMDH. They were subcontracted by our remodeling company (NV Kitchen and Bath) and they did a horrible job. They also keep sending this tech named Daniel and he doesnt know the difference between airflow current and air temperature. A company that definitely DOES NOT stand by their work. Avoid at all costs.

They identified and fixed the problem with our HVAC and did not try to sell us unneeded extras. Prompt, competent, and professional.

Terrible, just unbelievable. I showed up to a customer's house, to find the eight months ago, quality Air "experts" had managed to convince the customer one way or another to use AHS to somehow replace the outdoor heat pump with a brand new Goodman heat pump, 410A refrigerant.
They left the 21-year-old r22 indoor air handler and coil in place. It is rated for 250 psi.
The low side on the outdoor heat pump is 240, high side tests up to 450.
During my initial diagnosis, the customer service person for this company took approximately 45 minutes to try and determine whether or not any of the txvs were changed, and what kind of refrigerant was even in the system.
This company installed a system 8 months ago, and they don't even know what kind of refrigerant they put in there. That in and of itself speaks volumes.
Couldn't tell me what kind of txv, couldn't tell me what kind of refrigerant, they just threw a 400 PSI outdoor unit on a 200 PSI indoor coil.
Called back again and this service person was actually somewhat more helpful, they attempted to get a hold of the person who installed the unit but couldn't. A few hours later and I still have no idea what refrigerant was in that system.
Judging by the pressures when I arrived initially, I believe that they shoved a bunch of r22 into a 410A compressor, somebody should tell the quality air"experts" that are 22 refrigerant, and 410A compressor oil, when mixed, makes an acidic solution that will eat through the copper pipes running through the house. Not putting r22 in a 410A system is basic stuff, I don't know how the whole company managed to approve this, and then they managed to lose track of what kind of TXV and what kind of refrigerant they filled the system with in 8 months.
I guess you got to get that American home shield money somehow, even if it's at the detriment of the customer.
