I rearranged my day and arrived for my appointment this morning to find an undated sign on the door saying this location is closed “today” and sending people to another location ~20 minutes away in the wrong direction for me. There was a FedEx slip on the door from Monday (two days ago). Other patients/clients were arriving and learning this from the sign as well. So they’ve been closed for days and didn’t bother to notify people or cancel/reschedule appointments that were made for this location. This caused me serious inconvenience, including time off work, and now I’ll have to take time off again soon to actually get my labs done. I’ve had blood drawn here before but never again. I’ll take my business to LabCorp and hope for a more professional experience.

I’ve always had a experience at this location. My daughter is a very difficult blood draw, and our phlebotomist Bill (Otabil) is the best! He is always so professional and kind. Thank you!

Made an appointment for 8:50, at 9:35 still not seen. No person at counter to ask questions or status. This happens at every Quest, not sure what the point of an appointment is if you will just ignore them.

I had to change the time and location several times, but everything went extremely smoothly. Check-in was a snap, the technician took me early, was very professional and helpful. All reflected very well on Quest Diagnostics.

Every time , we need to wait 30 to 40 minutes after schedule time. Big crowd waiting in the area. Most of them are waiting longer time than scheduled time. This happened 2nd time for me. My appointment time 8:40 am. It ha been advised to arrive 10 minutes before scheduled time. I checked in by 9:20 am. I was called by 10:15 am. Got tired as we waiting with Fasting.
Technician is knowledgeable. But He is very busy in doing everything.

I booked an appointment but then needed to reschedule. They blamed my doctors office for not providing me with instructions on how to prepare for their test. Noone at front desk. Noone staffs the phone.

The staff is great, everything is clean except the check in TV that tells you who's next is blue. Please replace it or find out how to change it.
