I've been a regular customer for almost four months, and while the original bowl is consistent, the serving size varies each time. Requested extra Nutella, and sometimes it's a teaspoon, other times a full scoop. Asked for extra strawberries instead of bananas, but only got one or two pieces. Consistency is key! ?

Very interesting menu. Lots of healthy choices. Big portions. Recently had the N Bowl and the Goliath smoothie. Wife had the tuna bowl. Each was very good and was fun to share.

I hhad problems with this Quench restaurant in Sterling screwing up my order every time. I stopped coming to Quench for that very reason for at least 3 years prior to COVID. I came back once again to Quench and my order was once again as usual messed up. I had asked for our regular 3 Vegetarian Egg Chabatta and asked to switch the Chabatta with Everything Bagel on 2 sandwiches and the third switch to a crassaunt, and asked to hold the cheese on all three sandwiches. Pretty darn simple. When we got home and opened up the sandwich their was no egg in the “Veggie Egg Chabatta”. How can you make an egg sandwich without the egg in the sandwich. Unbelievable!! I yelled at the lady at counter and made a big scene. I was very upset!! I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone!! Am surprised this restaurant is still in business and really should be closed permanently!!!!!!!

Original Acai Bowls! Great service and quick. These bowls are nearly double the size of the one in Reston...and cheaper.

I've been a loyal customer at Qwench Juice Bar, visiting every day. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been less than satisfactory. On four consecutive occasions, I've encountered rudeness from an employee named Julie, or whoever she is. As a fellow business owner, I deeply value exceptional customer service, and this has been lacking lately.I must say that the owner has always been kind and welcoming. However, I was disheartened when a simple request to upgrade my drink for just a dollar more was denied, despite my consistent patronage. It's these small but meaningful interactions that determine where we choose to spend our money, and it's making me contemplate finding a new go-to juice place. Overall, I'm disappointed with the recent experiences and hope to see improvements in the future.

I love the beetnik juice. But the lady in the front i think her name julie. She is always so rude.i come here almost everyday for the juice but I am not visiting this place again. This was my last visit. You should hire someone who can respect. Very poor service.

I ordered their G - bowl and hot latte , one of the best acai bowl i had , ambience was pretty and staff was very friendly. I would definitely go again!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the QWENCH Juice Bar in Sterling, and I can confidently say that it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Not only were the juices and smoothies incredibly refreshing and delicious, but the staff at this establishment truly went above and beyond to make my visit memorable.

I have been going here for months every week I was ordering the new watermelon blend for a few weeks and then I ordered and I almost didn’t make it home !! A week later I ordered it again just thinking it was a one time deal and I it went right through me !!! Has anyone else experienced this with the watermelon blend ??? I complained and she basically said I was crazy , but this just happened twice within 2 weeks the same drink !! Wont be doing that anymore

I’ve been a regular here for the past year. There’s a specific employee, I believe her name is Judy, who selectively chooses who she wants to give good customer service to. She doesn’t greet me, say thank you, and seems constantly annoyed when taking my order. I’ve watched her interact with other customers and her tonality is much friendlier towards others, compared to when she speaks to me. This is odd because her coworker, Fatima, is very pleasant and friendly towards me. Also, I noticed the evening crew is a lot better than the morning crew. The smoothie bowls taste better and each customer is treated the same, with respect. I’ll definitely be reaching out to the owner about this because it’s unacceptable given the fact that I’m here 3-4 times a week.
