I called for a quote and because I just had an accident, they did not even bother to respond with any other options. Insurance seems to forget that customer only remembers bad experiences, not the good ones.

I could not more strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and they have overcharged me and given me a complete run around. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.
