Had my glass repaired by Trevor, he did a phenomenal job, it can be a hit or miss with some of the other glass repair guys, and although it was a bit of a mission getting the right glass, they did pull through and Trevor did a great job with the installation.

If I could give this location negative stars, I would. The technician, Jeff, botched my small repair job, and then both he and customer service tried to tell me that the damage still left to my windshield is not structural damage/cracks left over but "cosmetic issues." You can clearly see from the before and after photos that cracks are still there, and the glass still felt rough to the touch when I ran my finger over it.Unsurprisingly, when my boyfriend called to sort it out, suddenly they fully admitted the job was not done correctly and told him that they would replace the windshield at no cost for their mistake. However, once I got the appointment confirmation, it showed that I was going to be charged my insurance deductible. When we tried to call back and confirm whether we would be paying for them not actually repairing the windshield coreectly, suddenly no one could come to the phone, and we were ignored. I would not recommend this shop to anyone, as they take no accountability for bad repairs and expect customers to pay for their mistakes.

Their repair was done wrong still cracks inside the glass that will continue to spread. The windshield now needs replaced because the repair was done completely wrong. They refunded the money we paid for the repair but the windshield is ruined. The resin permanently sealed the air within the cracks so they will continue to spread slowly. After telling us they would do a full replacement free because their mistake they sent a bill for the date of the appointment and are refusing to honor the free replacement now.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSTALLER. They used a cutting tool and cut the metal pinch weld portion of the body. Claim has been filed through AllState and we are having to go through a local body shop to weld and fix this. Additionally these amateurs cut the factory rubber clean off. Do what you want but it is highly recommended to stay away from these corporations who do not care about your property and use another local shop like Patriot Auto Glass.

After scheduling an appointment through insurance I looked up this particular shop to read the reviews. The reviews didn’t look good at all and made me want to go with a different option. The insurance agent assured me that if anything was not to my liking, they’d work with me to make it right so I took a chance.When I came to drop off my car, the guy at the desk seemed annoyed? Gave me very short responses and took my keys and asked me come back before they closed at 5. So far my suspicions were correct.I came to pick up my car and it was like a different store. The guy that called me to pick up my car was nice. The front desk guy seemed like a different dude. Was in like a joking mood, joked with his co workers. The guy that worked on my car explained what I could and couldn’t do after a windshield replacement. I was worried that my tags and EZpass transponder would be out of wack, but they put it all back where it was and even put new stickies for my EZpass. Attention to detail is great.10/10 recommend. Customer service is Rough around the edges but this shop is solid.

I had to replace my car 2003 Toyota 4runner windshield I went on time and they replaced it and one hour everything looks good .Antoine did Excellent job .

Great staff with honesty. My car was not completed “in time” due to my car not allowing calibration but they were open about the issue and apologetic due to this. They even offered to wait outside with me until my ride came after closing, which is an extra touch. Day after I came to get my car and they were still as apologetic.Would recommend to everyone, thank you again

So many things that are so not good. 1. The person that sits in front and 'greets' customers is the total opposite of welcoming. One gets the feeling that you are bothering him by bringing your business in. 2. I am not sure the technicians are formally trained. Probably an in-house OJT thing. Because if they were properly trained and certified, I would not have been asked to bring my car back for a fourth time (overall).As I was sitting there on my third visit, other customers were bringing their cars in for repeats, to fix workmanship issues (leaks, broken moldings from the windshield installs, etc). In my case at the first windshield install, they damaged the front camera mount. At the end of my third appointment, I was told I would have to bring the car back for another windshield replacement. I was fed up. I called my dealer they next day. They recommended a shop NOT Safelite. Within an hour and 15 minutes, the new shop repaired the camera mount and removed Safelite's fingerprints from the camera lens. Installed a new windshield, re-calibrated the camera and I am good to go.Just note that if your insurance company says 'take your car to Safelite Sterling', don't do it. Call your dealer and ask them who they recommend. Nine times out of ten, they are cheaper then Safelite, will will accept your insurance and will do the job they are paid to do sans the attitude.I will say that the manager Richard is very welcoming.

A big thanks to Richard and his team at Safelite in Sterling. Got in the car one morning to find my windshield was cracked and required replacement— less than a week later, it got a huge chip in it. What are the odds of that twice in one week? Richard squeezed me in for same-day service and helped me get my insurance to cover it. It was a stressful week and this is my only vehicle, and I’m grateful that they offered me understanding, great customer service and quick resolution.

Surprisingly sloppy. I've been to other Safelites, and I always had excellent service. They forgot to put my inspection sticker and my EZ-pass transponder back on. They did not vacuum the front seat area, even though their receipt said they did. And they left my windshield wipers unaligned, so I had to go back to get them to fix them. The windshield seems to be fine, though.

Harsh chemicals ruined buttons..They replaced the glass in our car, had some problems calibrating the cameras, but eventually go it synced. Glass looks good, but they didn't clean anything.My major issue is they had to come back 3 times and drove our car around for 45 minutes and when we got it back we noticed the paint on a couple buttons were covered in some type of chemical - probably glue or adhesive remover and it stripped the paint off the buttons! This is a 7 series BMW with low mileage car 40k, and this happened over 1 week period after having our glass was replaced. Don't recall seeing this as a common factory issue with low mileage.

PATHETIC customer service. Horrible communication with the customer. Our experience was complete disaster on so many levels. We had to go back numerous times to get our rear car window fixed correctly. We wasted hours upon hours of our valuable time because of their incompetence. WARNING DO NOT go to this Safelight location. I would have given it zero stars but Google wouldn’t let me.

Friendly and prompt service. I asked the staff to make extra effort to safely transplant my Mass inspection sticker and they did a fantastic job, saving me a 1000 mi trip back home. Great work!
