Horribly experience I would rather have all of my toe nails, fingernails, and teeth pulled out with a dirty toothpick before ever using them again!! They intentionally ignore your calls, as they run the bill up, only to steal your items from up under you!!! Drive by them, any other storage company would be better!!

Hope they will make the restrooms more accessible, for the renters ,like code access box ..

newly married and we were in between an apartment and a house. moved our stuff into storage in june. we emptied it out now, august 29th. so 3 months at $125/a month and majority of our furniture is ruined. between the water damage, which turned into mold and the rat droppings, i am beyond furious and upset. no compensation as we need to get all new furniture.

I like that the lease is in full view at the front deak to read. Slightly disappointed that there was nothing online to indicate that the staff is now only available at the Davis Road location. Only found this out when I went to the other location and saw the sign on the door. Really just a minor inconvenience. The 10x7.5 locker is just perfect for what I need. I will note that overall the location and locker is clean. There is a very strong smell when you are walking inside, smoke old BO, or something else. I suppose not much can be do e about that, but I’d recommend not storing furniture with fabric unless it is shrink wrapped very well or the furniture will absorb these odors. Just a suggestion. The location of my locker the lights outside are burnt out and there is no lighting in the lockers. Again, minor inconvenience since everyone has a flashlight on their phones these days. The staff was very professional, helpful and answered all my questions quite well. I am terrible with names or I’d name the lady that assisted me at the Davis Road location.

easy to rent and pay online. Indoor units are easy access , sometimes the carts aren't at the doors so you need to check other door locations but can easily walk the building which is temp controlled so youre out of the elements.

Very clean safe place. However, it’s a location that has no one on site so no one tells you what door you can or cannot go through when I was there. Some woman was very nasty. Told me you can’t go through this door because that’s why it doesn’t shut all the way I had no idea that there was a rolling door to utilize. She could’ve been a little more nicer where they could have been assigned there.

Estelle was such an amazing help! She even stayed after hours and went to another Sterling location with us so we could get the exact unit we wanted. You don’t find customer service like this everyday. She also walked us through the whole process very thoroughly. 100% recommend!

My experience with this storage is good! Day was very nice and helpful, she understands your needs. For me, she was like my friend and more people should be like her! She was always had a good attitude and was always happy to help.
