Pay attention, they love to completely mess up your order and then you have to go through the hassle of getting the right thing, some thing replaced because they don't have it, or a refund. Just ridiculous. Go to any other sheetz but this one. You will be beyond disappointed

This is my goto Sheetz when heading out on my Motorcycle. Always quick, clean and well stocked with washer fluid.
Sunday 9AM was a dissapointment. I pulled up to the pump and filled up. And noticed trash bins overflowing, with trash piled on top of the pumps. Litter on the grounds and in the pump area, and on the cement. When I went to clean my windscreen, the 4 nearby squeegee stations were dry with one missing a squeegee.
Always good food here, but better attention needs to be paid to the pump area and outside grounds on weekends.

Pumps are slow and not one window wiper had cleaner and are full of trash. This place is a mess , get your act together.

Pump 13 doesn’t work I went in and I told Erick the cashier he said he knows, I told him he should put a note so we don’t waste time trying to use it and he said no is not my responsibility is the upper management. If upper management is not there someone should do it but making fun he said he would not. Low class poor training, never stop by anyone. And shame on the owners for not having enough people working there.

Went on Saturday afternoon and they were low or out of many things and the frozen drinks machines were down. Worst part was the huge sticky mess left on the counter and not cleaned up properly. Staff just threw down some paper towels and left it like that.

Man this was the worst experience ever at sheetz. I love the business but to have to listen to an employee talk about how other employees don't do nothing while both coffee machines are broken down for cleaning so nobody can get a warm drink. Good employees would of broken down one machine at a time for cleaning and definitely wouldn't be talking about how the other employees do nothing compared to you. Ugh
....

The best gas station in the area.
I love how spaced out the gas area is, and the fact that there is ample parking in case you need to park your car and go in.
Gas prices are great, and the store inside is well maintained and has great variety.
The staff has always been kind to me as well, and I really enjoy that.
Also this place is open 24 hrs, which is great because sometimes I need to get gas on the way to work - and I go in very early.

Decent place but compared to any other sheetz I've been to, the wait times for food/drinks is way too long. With only a single order ahead of mine, I waited about 20 mins from when I ordered. All I got was a smoothie. This has happened repeatedly at various times of the day, with the longest wait being just under 30 mins. No apologies or anything. I would rate it lower but the cashiers are always friendly and having to remind people to complete orders. Still can't believe the wait times, if nothing changes I will be getting my things somewhere else.
