Worst customer service ever. I went there today for an estimate and the guy who helped my husband was very rude. My husband was waiting there for about 20 minutes and at the end this guy did not do anything for us. Worst place ever don’t go there.

They took care of my vehicle when it was damaged by a collision with a deer. I’m grateful for them and the attention to detail they provide in getting my car restored. They are professional, friendly, and experts in handling repairs. I highly recommend this shop.

I dropped my car off here after I got rear-ended. I had a great experience. The two men I encountered in the front office were nice and professional. They also went above and beyond and cleaned the inside and outside of my car. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely use them again in the future if need be!Service: Painting

Needed to drop off my vehicle for repairs agree l after a deer strike. The person checking me in was very courteous and helpful, even called the rental car company to let them know I was ready to be picked up. So far, so good.

I simply don't understand the negative reviews on Yelp for this business. My experience was nothing but positive. It took a long time to get my car repaired but that was because of Covid supply chain issues and the difficulty of getting parts - not the fault of Sterling Collision and Paint. They always answered the phone when I called, kept me updated on the progress (or lack thereof) and were always friendly. When I finally picked up the car it looked great, like nothing had happened to it, this in spite of the passenger side front-end being rather badly damaged.

Went to the shop and it was completely empty. Waited about 10 min for someone to come to the counter. The guy was completely incompetent had no clue what he was doing. Waiting area was a mess customers keys were left on the counter I should have taken one for a joy ride. Shop looks shady would not trust going here. Ended up walking

I highly recommend Sterling Collision and Paint Center! They did an amazing job repairing my SUV after an accident. My car looked brand new and they even detailed cleaned it completely! It took awhile with the production issues to get the necessary Ford parts for the repairs, but Sterling stayed on top of them! And they insured I got my factory parts and didn't have to settle for second hand parts due to shortages! Wonderful experience!

I have been going to Sterling Collision and Paint Center for over ten years, on those occasions when I needed a paint job or body repair (minor or major). If I could give this excellent body repair and paint shop six stars instead of the maximum of five, I would. Rafael Loynaz, the owner, and his employees are outstanding professionals. Rafael is incredibly knowledgeable as well as one of the most pleasant persons I have ever done business with in my life. He explains everything very clearly and is a real gentleman (es muy caballero), as are his employees, who are all friendly and helpful. When Rafael and his employees are finished working on a car, whatever they worked on looks brand new again. My wife and I both bring our cars to Sterling Collision Center for any body work or paint job. We would not even think of going anywhere else. I give this business my highest recommendation.
