Someone that has a G wagon drives like an absolute idiot, is out on the road cutting people off not using their signals and rushing like they need to get somewhere important but ends up at the job site do better.

I've used Sterling Star Automotive for over 15 years. They service both of my Benz. I would not purchase another vehicle unless they inspected and confirmed that it was a good purchase. GP is trustworthy and more than fair in his pricing. He stands behind his work. I highly recommend Sterling Star Automotive Inc.

Sterling Star Automotive did an outstanding job on my Mercedes C300! They seamlessly fixed my bumper and resolved the engine misfire issues. The team is not only highly knowledgeable, but also professional and efficient. I also take my Toyota and Lexus there for regular service, and they always deliver the same high level of care and expertise. My go-to shop for all my vehicles — highly recommended!

I was referred by a reputable shop down the street from them
If you want to be treated like nothing come to this place.
They refused to work on my car just because another shop did work on it and failed to fix the problem. The owner himself told me take it to the dealer, I guess he feels offended.
You didn’t care, you don’t treat people right
You customer service skills leave a lot to say.
They were about to make money off me just because another shop asked me, I didn’t want to go since I knew his reputation.
Star Automotive gets 1 star because zero is not allowed.
Auto reponds with pre-written note, like I say they treat you like nothing.

I was quoted nearly $2k for front suspension work by a local shop. Took my vehicle to Sterling Star Automotive for a second opinion. GP and team did not identify any of the issues cited by the other shop. This is exactly why I've been dealing with Sterling Star for a number of years. Quality workmanship and integrity is a combination that is getting harder to come by in the services industry. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Attempted to have a coolant leak repaired by them. They failed 4 times. They told us there was other problems with the car and we payed for all repairs yet the coolant system kept leaking. We went back, explained our case, they then told us we have loaners. Not any of the previous 3 trips did they tell loaners were available and we were completely messing up our work schedule for them. They even told us on the last day that they'll have a loaner for us, to bring the car in to inspect the coolant leak, and they would callus by 4 pm. They did absolutely nothing. Not a call not an update,. Nothing
This is what sketchy repair shops do. We gave them a full opportunity to fix the situation and they straight up didn't even call us.....
If they genuinely wanted to fix their mistake, we would have gotten a phone call and a loaner by 4 pm as stated by the lady in the front. But that was a lie to get us out to the front door.
I would not trust these people.

Sterling Star did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing my CEL at an extremely reasonable price. They were honest about what was wrong and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Thanks to their work, I was able to get my car inspected and my registration renewed without a hitch. Highly recommend!
