I went to this Subway today with my husband and had a really terrible customer service experience from the woman in the kitchen line, she was very rude with us, she was treating us like we had no money to pay the add extra for the foot long bun when we asked for extra onions she said why don't you buy a whole onion if you want more extra wtf im paying b**** for my s*** so if i ask you to add some more yes because i have money tf smh. fire her please she is giving us bad customer service her attitude is so disrespectful

There is no way to give this place negative star. It used to have descend employees but there was lady not understanding English and she was so rude and disrespectful. I went for bogo offer she behaved as if she is giving it for free made me pay full prize at last. I will never go this place ever again.

My order is frequently wrong or incomplete. It seems like some of the employees don't know how to make certain menu items so I often order one kind of sandwich and get another kind, or just don't get that sandwich at all. That being said, the people who work there are mostly nice. The other locations in the area have a lot better customer service.

Not exactly sure why this place has low ratings. I literally come here at least 2-3 times a week. My favorite person and the reason I only go to this subways out of many is Mirna. She’s excellent! Always smiles , super friendly and professional. Thanks Mirna.

Website allowed me to order buffalo chicken, yet when I get to store I'm told it isn't carried. Waste of time and gas money.

it does not deserve any star, the food without flavor, the customer service is terrible, if you arrive half an hour before they close you can not eat inside, you have to take the order to goand if you complain about the food they say that taste is like that, I mean they want you to eat it even if you do not like it. They should learn to cook better. The roasted chicken tastes like orrible. I have been frequent customer in many other subway restaurants but in this the service is terrible. I give him zero in qualification. and friend if you do not like it or something is wrong with your sandwich do not stay quiet, you are paying to eat something healthy do not let them say that it is okay when it is really bad. And if they did not learn in their training here I leave the phrase: The client is always right. see you never.

I reached out to corporate after many complaints and the area director responded. After reading an atrociously written email with so many grammatical errors my eyes bled, I came to the conclusion no one associated with this subway understands the English language... Awesome... because you know English is the predominant language spoken here.... Guess I'll make my own sandwich.

I gave 1 star as its fuc$$$$ SUBWAY!!! These people doesn't know how to run it. Just beginning of my order bit$!-! Told me NO, we don't have it. Don't know if the owner wants to run it or close it. Hopefully give it to someone who likes to run business like this. The Bitc!-! Wanted to talk to a fellow hanging around her a$$ at that time and while giving him a free drink told me no because I was disturbing.
