I LOVE this place! The salon is so clean and they have amazing customer service. I have been going to Jackie for a few months now and she is so talented and consistent in doing my nails. Everytime I leave, I feel amazing and my nails look beautiful. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean, friendly and consistent salon!

They weren’t very friendly or inviting when I walked in and made me feel uncomfortable from the start. 3 separate employees asked me if I had an appointment and I kept saying yes that I scheduled online, and finally the last person asked with who- at which I said Selena- and all employees started laughing. I wanted to book with her because of the good reviews I saw on google.
The online booking said the pedicure would be an hour long and it lasted about 20-25 minutes, if you take away the time she left to go check someone out right in the middle of it even though other people were available to do so. Honestly, I’m glad it wasn’t longer because it was not enjoyable whatsoever.
My nails chipped the day after btw. Not sure if the polish was old. Won’t be going back when there are better nail studios in the plaza.

Absolutely loved this nail salon in Countryside, Sterling! The staff was super friendly, the space was clean and relaxing, and my nails turned out perfect. Great attention to detail and they really take their time. Definitely my new go-to spot! 💅

Getting my nails here is like the full spa experience at a fraction of the price. Enjoy getting designs, fun and unique. They treat you well here and can accomplish and accommodate what you need.

Unfortunately today is my last day to go there. I asked her why she polished like that and she blamed me that I told her to do not cut the cuticle! Lol. Today is not my first day for the pedicure..
Make sure that you guys give the polish color which is easy to apply!
Shape is also not right.

The worst pedicure I ever had, the lady said it was the regular pedicure but she did not add anything to the water just cleaned with plain water no scrubber, have done a basic pedicure other places but nothing like this.

I came here for a 30 min pedicure without doing any colors. The experience was pretty good. They started with some machine water massage to the foot, trimming the nails, scrubbing the death skin on the foot and legs, and then applying some cream / oil. It’s my first time doing this, so I don’t have reference points. Would love to come back and try some other services.

I love this place. My mom has been a consistent loyal client of Selena for years.
I love how everytime I go in they are so welcoming. Always greeting me by my name, as well as others. (Shows the consistency in clients that go back) I’d recommend always having an appointment before you go in because these ladies get busy! Selena, Jane, and Kim are my favs. But everyone there is so kind and welcoming. Kim did my nails recently and I love her like an aunt now. She made me some delish Viet coffee, talked me through how to make homemade Pho at home (I’m addicted to Pho all year round), was so patient with me, took her time and my nails looked beautiful. Sometimes I want to sit there and have conversation and Kim did just that with me the whole time. We talked about so many things. I love you Kim!!
Jane is so accommodating and knows what I want when I explain it. Selena is beautiful inside and out and my mom always looks forward to going to see her consistently.
Overall this is the best nail salon.
I will continue coming back, just how my mom and so many others do.
Pricing is fair & reflects quality work.

Amazing services and professionals who are highly skilled and know what they’re doing!
Selena is my go-to for my dip powder nail appointments, but all of the staff is friendly and talented.
I can bring Selena a design and she can recreate anything! She’s also good at recommending colors that compliment your skin tone.

I took my mother to Sunny Nails and Spa today and the lady who did my mother's mani and pedi named Jane was wonderful and professional. They have a clean and organized staff. I will definitely be back and recommend them to anyone who wants great service.

The ladies at Sunny Nails are so kind and talented. I wasn’t sure if the if the nail art I wanted went with the cat eye base I wanted, but Jane made it work and it turned out beautifully. I got so many compliments on my nails.
I am very happy with my set and am looking forward to coming back.

Went in for a first time manicure and came out with a severed finger. I had went to the front, paid and was then asked for a tip and to send it through her Venmo.. even though I had already paid. Will not be coming back.

I am so so happy with my nails!! This is my first time having an appt here (with Lynn) and I absolutely blown away!! I had an inspo pic and asked for some sparkle to be added and she went above and beyond expectations!
