Posted hours for inspection are not accurate. Only found that after waiting for 30 min for them to open. Terrible way to run a business. I used to take my car there for repairs, won’t do that anymore.

I live in country side and always get my gas and car inspections from this location, as well as any oil changes and pads and rotors and other car maintenance issues. The technicians are very friendly and experienced. They’re honest compared other places I’ve taken my car to. The nice young lady at the front is extremely easy to work with and as nice as can be. I believe her name is Lena. I highly recommend this location

I recently had a disappointing experience with Sunoco Gas Station Mechanic. My vehicle required repairs, and I entrusted them with the task based on their reputation for quality service. However, upon receiving the bill, I was shocked to find that I was charged for 6.5 hours of labor when only 2 hours of work were actually performed. This blatant overcharging is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of integrity on the part of Chris, Lena, AK and the shop. Not only did they overcharge me, but they also failed to provide a satisfactory explanation for the discrepancy. This experience has left me feeling cheated and deeply disappointed. I would caution anyone considering them for automotive repairs to proceed with extreme caution, as their billing practices are deceitful and unethical. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future, and I strongly advise others to do the same.

Went to this location for synthetic oil change. Sign on wall outside says 39.99. Yea right! Got a call saying needed brakes $1500. Told nasty lady I did not have that kind of money. She nicely gave me dial tone. When I picked up my car the $39.99 oil change was $82. Don't go here as they are false, misleading advertisement. They are not organized at all. You must leave your car overnight. Complete rip off. Never ever again. I should have stay with jiffy lube!!

These guys recently estimated $50 to patch an easily repairable tire, then made me pay an actual price of $73 when finished. The actual typical cost to patch a tire is like...$30 these days. So...just a brazen ripoff.The woman on duty at the register claimed the system automatically sets the charge based on the vehicle and that she couldn't change it. Really? Sounded sketchy. Anyway, I have an EV, so it was somehow more expensive. Umm...really? How? It's a tire patch....LOL. Moreover, the technician didn't even remove the tire or jack up the car. He just patched in the parking lot, so how does the model of the vehicle or the fact it's an EV even matter? Again...this was a simple tire patch.I was in a hurry and didn't have a spare tire (again...it's an EV), so I just paid it laughing the entire time....but this was a ripoff that was so brazen, I almost respect the chutzpah it took for them to do it.
