Horrible customer service. I closed my account here and requested my remaining balance to be mailed to me. I never received the check and when I requested them to void it and send me another one, they gave me a hard time. This is absolutely awful service.

My original account was with BB&t then bought out by truist. I closed the account and went to Navy Federal credit union.

Because there were 15 minutes left before closing, they did not want to help me with a transfer, letting them know that it was something extremely important for the closing of the purchase of my house. Very bad bad purchase with the customer.
