I am honestly not satisfied with the behavior of the pharmacy staff, as their attitude towards customers is not pleasant and they are not cooperative at all—especially that lady who works behind the counter as a supervisor.
I didn’t want to write a negative message like this, but this is not the first time she has behaved in an unprofessional manner.
For this reason, I’ve decided not to use this pharmacy anymore.

**Great Management Customer Service by Jot** After having a bad experience at the Super Target in Leesburg (next to Costco) and not even able to reach someone on the phone in Leesburg, I had my problem quickly resolved by one of the Manager the Target in Sterling. I appreciate the Target Sterling a lot more now after that experience so putting this review in to recognize the quality Customer Service I received. Thank you — will definitely be coming here from now on if I can help it!

Manager showed attitude, don't even know basic operation of their store, when asked for help, refused to offer help, very unprofessional dude, worst customer service ever!

Like alot of the businesses around here they chose not to give their cashiers any hours so we are left with sitting in lines for longer than we'd like. Not necessarily their fault.
It seems to be the new Norm in the area. It's the customers around that make me not wanna shop there during certain hours due to their impatience or frustrations. ( it's not the cashiers faults no need to be mean or rude!)
The self checkouts have hours when they are open and when they are closed.
The shelves are bare most days, and the store can be a little dirty too.
The customer service is, so so. Depending on who you're asking for help or who your cashier is. The curbside pick up can be a little difficult to deal with, because again, you'll be waiting a little longer than anticipated due to short staff.

As others have already stated, this location is known for long checkout lines and poorly stocked shelves. Even when items appear in stock online, they are often not on the shelves.
While the store is relatively clean, the store associates have zero customer service skills. One of the main culprits is the woman who sits in a chair at the register when checking customers out--she is extremely rude and has horrible customer service skills.
Also, whenever I go through the long self checkout lines, I find it interesting that, somehow, an associate always finds a reason to stand right next to me and pretend to rifle through bags. I'm not a thief, and I don't need to be surveilled--especially by the likes of these rude, lackluster employees.

This location is super clean but customer service sucks and pricing is not all ways correct. Beauty depart had multiples of the same item for 2$ scanned items after waiting 15 mins in shelf check out Becuase no other line where open. Items were still scanning full price. The lady in self check out Was trying to save sale beside cancel it. Told me to go back to the beauty department and take pictuers of the times and tags for price adjustment and wait in line again to re check out. I asked her once again to cancel transaction and be sides doing so she kept trying to save the sale.

I got luggage in price saying $89 when I when to counter agent name Li and supervisor some agent call her Jacky (something like that) it was about time 4:03 Wednesday 31st Jan ,2024 did not owner same price. I was mental prepare to buy but they did not do there job properly and I could not buy.At the end of my shopping Wayne came and he owner me $89 I was so happy what he did. I highly recommend him to be in store and give train to other supervisor air agent what need to do.Thank you Wayne!

Asked someone from customer service desk where the Target AT&T store was, thinking it was an actual AT&T store with displays and everything else... some woman just pointed in a random direction and said "over there" before going back and talking to her friends. She didn't even point in the right direction. Are you an idiot?
