The sales staff and service personnel at Ted Britt Chevrolet are friendly and very helpful. My salesperson Henry Doperak was knowledgeable about the vehicle and worked with the sales manager to get a great deal on my trade. Henry says if I need anything to call or stop by, that he’s there to help, and he has.

Ted Britt for life (TB4L) was a compelling reason for my decision to purchase my 2016 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ from Ted Britt Chevrolet in Sterling. The only issue seems to be getting them to make good on the claims. I have been trying to get a broken windshield replaced for over a month now. I have called to schedule an appointment but, when I explain it is a warranty claim related to Ted Britt for life (TB4L) I am told they will call back, but they never call. I was proud to have the TB4L decal on my truck since 2016, but now I am not so sure.Keep this in mind if TB4L is a factor in the dealership you choose. Read the fine print related to TB4L. It sounds like it is free, but may end up costing you more than any repair it will cover in the future.I will post an update when my windshield claim is resolved, or when they wear me down, by ghosting me, and I give up :-(

Once again, Service was spectacular. Jorge always willing to answer every question I may have and give me all the confidence I need to allow Ted Britt Chevrolet to work on my vehicle. I also have to give credit to Lee the service tech for working on my vehicle and doing an excellent job. Ted Britt has spectacular employees that pull me away from going anywhere else, that being said driving an hour every time makes it worth it.

My husband and I went to Ted Bitt to buy a car. John was our salesman and made the whole experience great. John was very friendly from the time we got to the dealership until we left. My husband and John had a great conversation during the test drive and told us about the car. My husband did let John know we had to go to another dealership after the test drive. John was completely understandable with no pushy sales tactics. We ended up buying the car from John because I liked it the best and John was a great salesman.

I had a wonderful experience at Ted Britt Chevrolet. Arthur made the whole process very easy. After I purchased the car he continued to take the time to ensure I understood the features of the vehicle with which I was unfamiliar. Steven was excellent on the finance side, ensuring I understood my obligations and options, but also keeping the process moving. Arthur's sales manager also introduced himself, ensuring I had a connection to the higher level management, if needed, but let Arthur drive the process independently and close the deal. Everyone seemed to get along well and understand their roles in the organization. My impression is that Ted Britt Chevrolet is a well run organization and generally, that means that top level management has effectively communicated a working culture model to their employees to ensure success for the organization. I was very impressed.

I recently had a terrible experience at this car dealership that I feel compelled to share. I brought my car in with a few issues, hoping to get them resolved. Unfortunately, not only were the issues left unresolved, but I was also charged over $450 for the lackluster service. To make matters worse, the person named Mike at the front desk in the service department showed absolutely no concern for my complaint.One of the main issues I wanted to address was a persistent vibration in my car. The shop suggested that a tire rotation to balance the tires would fix the problem. Trusting their expertise, I agreed to the service. However, upon receiving my car back, the vibration was still present. When I called to inform them about this, they nonchalantly stated that I would need to pay for another tire balancing. It was incredibly frustrating to realize that I had paid a significant amount of money and received nothing in return.To add insult to injury, when the diagnostics were completed, Mike called me to get my approval for the suggested repairs. During the conversation, he mentioned that one of the repairs would be covered by the warranty. Without hesitation, I approved it. However, when I went to pick up my car after the repairs were finished, I was informed that I had to pay for the very same service that I was previously told would be covered by the warranty. When I tried to explain the situation and remind them of our previous conversation, Mike showed no interest in helping and simply continued charging me.I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer satisfaction and professionalism displayed by this car repair shop. It is evident that their primary concern is making money, rather than ensuring their customers are satisfied. I have attempted to inform them of my negative experience, but once again, Mike did not care to address my concerns.In conclusion, I strongly advise against dealing with a business that prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. This car repair shop has left me feeling frustrated, taken advantage of, and utterly dissatisfied.

Found 2017 Lexus ES350 on Ted Britt's website. Contacted dealership via email. Kazim Raza was great to work with, gave me answers to all my questions very quickly and agreed on a fair price for the car. The car delivered to me.....having never seen it. Clean and completely full of gas. JUST EXACTLY as the folks at Britt and Kazim had described it. Perfect condition. I would ABSOLUTELY send a friend to Ted Britt Chevrolet to buy a car for a fair and honest deal.

I would never recommend their service ever. Their sales experience is subpar. But when it comes to service they do not come any where close to the jiffy lube down the street! Each time they had my car more than a month. Each time they could find the fix to the issues I had. It's a shame that this has happened! My father used to buy cars and I started doing the same. The cost of cars have gone up 30% but the quality of their cars have gone down 30%z. How is it okay to do business this way? It isn't.. I sold the Lincoln Navigator with 50k on it. Stay away from Ted Britt and all aspects. Go to Joyce Koons you'll be happier with the services. I will never do business with them again.

The service itself was fine; however, communication seems fundamentally broken. I scheduled an online appointment for service on a Saturday at 10 am explaining what I needed, and I received nothing in return other than an automated notice. I then sent an email to the service advisor explaining what I wanted to be done and the time frame I was working with to verify that it was reasonable. I received no reply. Finally, I called and was told yes that's reasonable. When I show up on Saturday the service adviser tells me they don't want to do diagnostics or warranty service on Saturday. Yet there is no notice of that in the online form to schedule service. Ted Britt failed to review what I wrote on my request and to follow up and tell me. Ted Britt failed to respond to my email. I received bad advice on the phone. The service adviser at the dealership tells me he doesn't get email even though the confirmation email says I can use it to contact him. He also says whatever I write in my appointment request doesn't get sent to him. I had a 10am appointment, and my car didn't get seen until maybe 4 hours past that time. What's the point of having an appointment if you can't even get close to it? Although the issue was identified, by the time that was done and the amount of time it would take to fix it, I could not get it done that day. So, I had to take off from work to come in on yet a second day to get it fixed. The whole experience was very negative and a waste of my time. Management needs to address some significant communication issues.

The Service Technicians are like robots!! They have no professional personality, they don't always keep you updated on the status of your vehicle and they are horribly slow! I highly recommend training in acquiring customer care! It would go a long way in giving the company a better look, other than just providing services and goods.

Jorge, Mark & Jason were so great. Ted Britt Chevrolet has the best group of workers , when it comes to techs , service advisor (Jorge) , Service manager Mark & GM Jason. This group of gentlemen have helped me with any issue I have with out any hesitation. They are there to answer any questions or concerns that I have at any moment with out any hesitations. If something can’t be done they will guide me on the best route to take to make sure I am satisfied. Jorge in specific was there through out the whole process helping me out every step of the way. He would guide me step by step & even show me hands on on how to do a process. Thank you to the great experience I’ve had I will be coming back to purchase/service any future vehicles to this dealership.

My sales rep, Dre was excellent from start to finish. He was patient with my order and also was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the process including details of the vehicle. It was nice to deal with a representative that had a passion for cars instead of the typical rep that only cares about numbers.

I stopped in during a long distance drive after my tire pressure warning had come on. Mike Torian assisted me with getting air added to all four of my tires and ensured my vehicle was all ready for the remainder of my 1,000 mile trip. He was gracious enough to give me his card, and said if I'm ever in the area and need anything to stop back in. I make this trip frequently and never had as excellent if service provided. Thanks so much Mike!

Kudos to Service Advisor, Jorge Not only did he have a pleasant demeanor at 8am, he kept me updated every step of the way while my Tahoe was being serviced, applied all eligible coupons, ensured I knew exactly what needed to be handled immediately and overall provided excellent customer service...well done, Jorge....Thank You
