Ivy Rehab for Kids, formerly the Children's Therapy Center in Sterling, provides pediatric physical, occupational, and speech therapy. The compassionate and knowledgeable team works with children from birth to adulthood, offering timely and individualized therapy services in a caring environment. They specialize in a wide variety of needs, including sensory processing, handwriting, mobility, developmental delays, and social skills. Families absolutely love the center and highly recommend it. The therapists are described as amazing, wonderful, excellent, kind, and compassionate. They are incredibly knowledgeable about each child's condition and create personalized treatment plans based on the child's personality and interests. The staff is so accommodating, tailoring sessions to a child's needs, such as holding them outdoors to aid regulation. Parents feel their children are loved and cared for like family. Children who once hated therapy now run into the center excited for their sessions, showing incredible progress. Therapists communicate consistently with parents and with each other to ensure effective care. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, patient, and responsive, greeting families with warm smiles. The waiting room is comfortable. Parents feel beyond comfortable and supported, noting it is a great experience every time they visit.
I love the Frontdesk people it is Tameka and Amanda. Very patient and nice. My daughter has speech with Jenny and Liz. She is so happy to come we drive for 45min. She does not mind the drive. We come 2 time a week.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Front desk, have nasty attitude in person and over the phone, same with billing department, they are terrible.
