I'm renovating my townhouse in Fairfax and went countertop shopping with my designer and I found what I like and she made the design and plan with the specs so I wanted to send it out to some countertop suppliers and fabricators. I reached out to the countertop Guru who did not answer but then texted me the next morning. I will just leave the screenshot of the texts here so you can see how unprofessional and immature this person is.

Excellent job well done! We love our beautiful Quartz countertops in our kitchen, the fabrication and install were excellent. It took me almost a year to go ahead with this project and he was so patient with me. Multple estimates for various counter top options and he always responded. We had several chips in our too-soft quartzite counters that we weren’t sure were repairable, and needed some cleaning and recaulking along the edges. Hired countertop guru to replace my kitchen countertop. The pros: the work in itself is good and the workmanship has held up (been over a year now). The cons: getting him to schedule was challenging during the install. Post install, a small slab was missing from a small section countertop. We agreed that he would come back to install it; however it has been more than a year and in spite of many follow-ups, this small piece of slab is yet to be installed.Service: Kitchen countertop replacement

The strongest recommendation possible is if I would use Counter Guru again and the answer is unequivocally yes. Professional, flexible, responsive and friendly. Each of these are factors that weigh on my strongest recommendation. Can you find a vendor perhaps a little cheaper, maybe but given countertops and tile work often outlive your residency, I won’t risk it.Services: Tile work installation
