This was my very first time visiting this UPS Store, and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. I went in with five packages to mail and a few Amazon returns, and the whole process was easy peasy. The attendant was super helpful, quick, and friendly—exactly what you want when you’ve got errands to run. I was in and out in five minutes flat. Efficient, hassle-free, and definitely worth five stars!

Honestly, I never leave a review but felt I had to. I grew up in this area for my entire life so I always want to make people aware.
For some reason, this specific store seems to have the most rude employees. Had issues with my friends going here, my wife, and then verified when I stopped in for myself.
I wish I could only use Parcel Plus as the interaction with their staff is DRASTICALLY DIFFERENT and more positive. Sometimes you have to use this store due to the shipping label provided for certain returns.
When you go here make sure you have what you need. You experience some pretty poor customer service.

Excellent service. Apart from Amazon returns, I get my large size prints from this store....up to 36x48...very reasonable price and fast service.

The store staff are always courteous, friendly, kind and helpful. I am a regular and the quality of service is consistently excellent. What stands out the most is the patience with which they help those that are in need of a helping hand or guidance.
