Wonderful experience. Communication from start to finish was good. Asked for either photos or to do a walk through prior to make sure we had enough space in the truck size we rented. Mohammad and Bone communicated well the day of and arrived early. They were thorough, efficient, and treated all of our things with care as if it were their own. The two of them went above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend TrueMover.

The guys were great! They moved everything where I wanted it and even screwed the bed together for me. All at a 3rd floor walkup apartment. They said my steps were nothing. The owners are great too. Very nice guys.

Bone and Mo were phenomenal. They both were incredibly meticulous, hard working, and efficient - making our move as pleasant, fast, and easy as possible. They wrapped every single piece of furniture carefully and neatly to ensure everything was well protected, and could not have been nicer, more personable guys. They came right on time and finished before expected. They were excellent, and the company in general was so easy to schedule and work with. I can not recommend them enough. Thank you so much for the care and work you put into our move, we appreciate all you did!

TrueMover is singularly the best moving company I have ever hired. They carefully, thoughtfully packed, loaded out, moved, and loaded in everything - top to bottom. Shaq was the crew lead for my move. He and Bone and Mo were the very best (but honestly, I suspect that TrueMover only hires and retains high-quality people). They made my move…I don’t say this lightly…PAINLESS. I can’t thank them or endorse them enough.

This is not my first experience with True Mover. They continue to be the best in the business. Friendly staff, courteous and professional, and absolute machines! They worked tirelessly - even during a heatwave! There is no doubt at all that I will continue to use True Mover any time I need to move something. Their prices are fair, and even lower than anyone else that I’ve ever considered. I have recommended these folks to all of my friends and my clients and every single one of them have ultimately chosen True Mover and were really happy that they did. I can’t say enough good things about this company! Do yourself a favor and give them a try, you’ll be glad you did!

They were very professional, quick and they didn’t break a single item. We used another moving company two years ago and they broke half of our furniture. Needed to bug out in a hurry! I called Chris at True mover and he scheduled me quickly. Within days they were at my door . Although I had alot of loose items that needed packed ,True movers worked with me and was able to move and store them at their warehouse. I feel indebted to Chris and his team !

Professional. Great Communication. Top Quality Movers.I worked with Chris and Shaq for my 700mile whole home move. We had the best experience i could’ve asked for to keep it short. The team showed up on time, got straight to work and took exceptional care of our belongings (to include items such as a peloton and full weight set). 10/10 would recommend and use again.

We were looking to move our things from Sterling, VA to Northeast PA with not much time given and TrueMover's came through for us, big time! Our arrangements were a bit different than usual and put Robert through a maze of obstacles. Amazing service from the get-go and received no less from the two gentlemen, Mohammed and Chris, who were great at what they do all the while being as professional and respectful as one could ask for. (A rare thing these days!) We would recommend them highly, and when needed, will not be hesitating to use their services again.
