If I could give zero stars, I would. I spent half an hour waiting for somebody to help me, but nobody came to help. The office is a mess and is not as pictured. It is not a standard U-Haul location. I scheduled a pick up for 1:30 and when I came here at 1:30 nobody was to be found.

This location is not a usual Uhaul station. When I arrived to pick up my rental, the person who would check me in was not present. I had to wait for him to arrive about 5 min later.The van was dirty, looked like spilled soda everywhere. After driving it, I learned it needed new brakes and the left blinker was not working. I definitely do not recommend renting from this location as they will charge you a cleaning fee for a mess they left in the van or whomever else it was that dirtied the van previously. I moved only furniture and have NEVER been charged a cleaning fee until I rented from this location.

Nice local place for truck rental. The staff was helpful and friendly.

I received very poor customer service. They seemed annoyed that I was even there. The crew seemed grumpy as heck. The truck I got was in poor condition. I was charged $20 extra dollars and am still fighting to get it back. Very upset with this uhaul. I have never had this issue anywhere else. I would advise to go elsewhere. The chantilly uhaul is better in my opinion.
