U-Haul Moving & Storage of Sterling offers a wide range of moving solutions, including truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, pickup trucks, self-storage, portable U-Box containers, and moving supplies. The location is conveniently accessible and has a reputation for always having availability. Customers appreciate the professional and accommodating staff, with one mentioning exceptional help from an employee who moved his car to assist them. The prices are considered reasonable by some, though others find them a bit high. The staff's professionalism stands out, especially when handling last-minute rentals and dealing with difficult customers. However, customer service experiences vary, with some reviews citing issues like limited parking, lack of communication, and parking being too small for their vehicles. Overall, this U-Haul location is seen as a reliable place for moving needs, with friendly staff and a good selection of services, despite some minor service concerns.
Good selection of car trailers for hauling vehicles. A good selection of box trucks and tow trailers for moving as well, very reasonably priced 😀
