Horrible location! I wish that I could give this place zero stars! It is quite clear that no one who works here cares about this place. It's a complete dump. The owner clearly abandoned this place a long time ago. Drunk employee, uneven ground, a non-sensical one way for vehicles coming in and out! It felt like visiting a junkyard. This place is an absolute disgrace. Please take your business elsewhere. There are much better locations to choose from.

Probably the worst UHAUL I've been to. It's dirty, disgusting and dated. Very little room in the lobby. The owner/employees will not speak to you, and if they do it is not in English. They do not have vehicles available regularly despite what the UHAUL website says. The owner also parks in the main entry ramp, blocking access from the road and making the main road dangerous for people driving past this location. Lastly, the vehicles are not cleaned and are returned disgusting for the renter to be forced to deal with.

No one showed up. I waited an hour for a rental I had pre-reserved. Cancelled my reservation. Horrible experience!!!!

Stellar customer service from the bright young man Noman, my truck was clean, given to me as soon as I arrived and I returned it with no problems at all! Would highly recommend this location!!

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I reserved a truck a week prior. I did the self pick up option because it was before their office opened. When I arrived, I did the check in process and I got a message saying no equipment was assigned to my reservation. I called every number on the door and no one answered. I finally got through customer service after 30 minutes and they said that the system didn’t update or the truck wasn’t returned by the previous user. Very poor system and a very unhappy customer.

The owner Naaman is amazing!! Very kind individual and always super helpful anytime my family and I need a U-HAUL. We’ve used him a few times now and will continue to use his services!

Ubox transportation is good, they came ontime pick and delivery on time. But this review for the insurance they tie-up with repwest. Repwest company will simply close the our uBox claim by packaging is not good. No enquiry has done for the claim. Even we submitted proper evidence, it was not consider. Waste of money and time. Handling the customer very rudely.
Please enquire insurance company name before taking insurance. I would give 0 star for the insurance, but no option

Self pick up is a disaster. There is no customer service at this location to help. It’s harder to rent a cheap beater van than it to rent 100k sports car.
Mileage is wrong so I’m expecting I’ll get an extra charge. Don’t use U-Haul and don’t use this location

Truck had no ac and check engine light on. They are trying to charge me triple the amount of the cost. Business is not open at time stated on window and no answer on the phone number provided. This place should be shut down and I will be seeking legal action if I am charged triple the amount. DO NOT RENT A UHAUL HERE AT ANY COST. FRAUDULENT BUSINESS ACTIVITY and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Avoid this place at all costs. I was charged double my actual mileage, and charged for tolls that were encountered the day after I rented the truck. Check Engine light was lit up on the truck as well.
Customer service told me they suspected the owner/employees were driving the trucks and charging previous customers for the mileage (i.e. fraud)
