Undisputed Auto in Sterling, VA was AWESOME. They diagnosed the problems with my Volvo- gave me a price, did the work to the standards I would have done it, (a former mechanic of sorts myself), and they stuck to the price. You could not ask for more. Their communications was a little touch and go when parts deliveries got delayed, but in my case, the parts were not common. There was nothing they could do about- everything worked out in the end. Highly recommend them. They fixed everything I needed done. Just terrific work.

This is my go to mechanic. I was going to a different mechanic for 10+ years but he ended up retiring/closing shop. He recommended Undisputed Auto to me & they do not disappoint! Great service and great friendly people. I always recommend Undisputed Auto and will continue to do so.

Not only do I not recommend this shop, I advise to actively avoid it. I had my car serviced for around 2 weeks to resolve a check engine, airbag light, and some engine coolant problems. When I picked my car up, the bill was quite excessive even by dealership standards but I was willing to accept it as long as the job was done exceedingly well. After a few days the check engine light and airbag light came back and my car had a rough idle and sluggish acceleration. I currently have my car at a ford service center to diagnose the issue that Undisputed did not fully resolve. While my car was in the shop I received very little communication from the staff and I had to be the one to keep asking for updates on the car. Additionally when I attempted to ask certain technical questions I was treated as a nuisance and ignored. This is a shame because I used Undisputed in the past and they used to provide excellent service but I can no longer recommend them as they will charge you an arm and a leg for subpar service.
Edit: It was mentioned that various approaches and solutions were offered to me but I was never informed of such things. All I was told was that specific components needed to be replaced and nothing more. There was no mention of warranties in relation to the repair and I have no knowledge of what this may or may not apply to. Again communication is key and unfortunately I cannot say such conversations occurred. I am more than willing to remove my review if an actual solution could be forthcoming unfortunately Undisputed has already made their statement clear.

My car was needing new brakes...so I called and said HELP!! They got me in the day I asked for...and it was ready that very evening. It is driving like a dream. Never overcharged for the SUPERIOR service and workmanship. My car (s) will never go to anyone other than UNDISPUTED AUTOCARE!!

Justin and Berry were processional and addressed/assessed my cars needs quickly. Undisputed is great at same day repairs. Highly recommend.
