“Wonderful customer service! Daphne and Caroline were so helpful and gave me a refresher on how the process worked again as I haven’t been in a couple years. They were only able to take a couple items as this store is a selective location (I called and knew this prior to arriving). After checking out, Daphne and Caroline had referred me to the Dulles location to try my other items and the Dulles location had taken a majority of what was left over. Overall, a great experience and will definitely come back next spring cleaning!!”

“What an AMAZING experience I had at this location. From the second I entered the door, the young ladies had greeted me with smiles and eager to help me with my many, many questions for them.
Taylor, Katie, and Gaby are the definition of great customer service! Friendly and very efficient, not to mention their bubbly personalities that remind me of myself at their age.
Very quick process, didn’t wait long and spent the time browsing the nearby stores.
When I came back Taylor took the time
to answer all the questions I had and even let me go through the clothes once more before heading them over for sales. Taylor, I hope the dress I sold works out for you!! ??
