I’d give zero stars if possible. Of the four agents working, zero understood APO mailing. or basic shipping procedure.
They were not only ignorant, but they were actively making things up. They all provided conflicting information, and had no comprehension of the issues.
They messed up customs paperwork multiple times. They messed up addressing. Of the three packages that were sent, all have been marked “Return To Sender” and are coming back.
This post office needs to be shut down and the staff either retrained or not retained, and competent staff needs to replace them.
Truly an awful experience. Do not use this facility.

It's insane that there are negative reviews for this place. I experienced no wait and all the postal workers were professional, competent and efficient. This is the gold standard for a post office and is what civilization looks like. ;)

Tanka, The person in-charge of intake of passport applications is very rude. We would have walked away had he politely said that we were missing a document but he had to berate us and 2 other families who were there. He treated us like we were trash. I’ve never had a worst encounter at a USPS location before. Normally staff is very cordial and kind (E.x. Sema at the McLean branch). I will never return to this location as I believe that is what Tanka is trying to accomplish. He wants to throw his feet up and chill after kicking all the patrons out.

The personal at this location totally changed. Before we’re very good. Now these new personals are very rude and none of them listen to what people need. They don’t have the knowledge of the job they suppose to do. Our mailman always put very important mail in someone else’s mailbox. Our mail were lost many times.

I can only speak to my experience and I've mostly had positive experiences here. Especially when I take weeks (sometimes months) to go check my P.O. Box.
