WATCH OUT WITH THIS PLACE!
Maurice Mbata Jr is a scammer! He sold me a 2014 Ford Escape car for $9,900 on 03/18/2024 He said the car was in good condition and it had no issues, to my surprise the transmission went bad two months later on 05/14/2024 and now the car doesn’t run Maurice lied to me from the beginning saying that he was not going to charge me any fee but he had already added that fee of $699 to the price of the car.
It took him more than two months to give me the title and besides that without professionalism, he sent me a Facebook friend request. I don't want to be his friend!! MAURICE MBATA JR IS A SCAMER WHO TAKES HARD WORKING PEOPLES MONEY!

This place sells lemons - expensive ones at that. I drove an hour and a half to this location only to be upsold to a final price 30% more than sticker price. I paid it cause I was naive and desperate. However, what I didn’t expect was all the unmentioned issues: leaking coolant, inoperable door locks, rusted sway bars, faulty tires, electronic system malfunctions, spark plug erosion, dead headlights and even more. I was told the car was in “tip-top shape” and the report seemed okay. It’s my fault for trusting them.

I bought an '09 audi a4 quattro off of these folks and it was recently totaled.. The interior of the car blew to pieces yet no airbags went off... They sold me a vehicle with either NO airbags or faulty airbags... Don't try to say you have no record of my purchase because you do and so do I.. Wish K could give this zero stars.

VCD Auto Group was wonderful! They were quick to respond to my inquiry and schedule an appointment to check out the car we were interested in. When we arrived, they had already started the car so it was nice and warm for our test drive. The car was extremely clean and well maintained. The purchase process was very smooth and easy! Tried to scam us!! Spray painted the undercarriage and frame black to hide debilitating rust and frame damage!! Rust was so bad, pieces were falling off. They are scam artists!

Purchased a Tacoma that had the frame painted over to hide the rust. Now about a year later it was marked as a 'unroad worthy' vehicle because the rust ( and holes ) are to much to pass inspection. Dealer refuses to take action to correct. DO NOT GO THERE.... Turns out this is not the first time they painted over frame and also they covered the Check Engine light to hide problems with vehicles. It seems they have even paid people to give a 5 star rating. They are not even close to that...

HELLO IM FROM MARYLAND AND I KNOW BUYING A CAR IN VA CAN BE VERY DIFFICULT WHEN IT COMES TO GETTING THE CAR, MD INSPECTED. BUT I MUST SAY THAT VCD HELPED ME ALONG THE WAY WITH EVERY STEP! THE LADY THAT WORKS THERE, MS FAVOUR, A. IS AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!!!! SHE WAS SO VERY HELPFUL AND GAVE ME THE KNOWLEDGE AND TOOLS TO GET MY CAR MD INSPECTED. I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT VCD, AND MS FAVOUR... ALL THEIR CARS WERE NICE AND IN GOOD CONDITION FOR USED CARS.... IN MY OPINION, VCD IS A VERY GOOD PLACE TO BUY A USED CAR!!!!
