I have been using the pharmacy for 7 years. Over the past year it has really gone down hill fast. Even if this place is close drive a little further, you will end up saving time and frustration.

Pharmacist is rude, and entitled. They never have anything. It’s always to order it ahead of time, but even if I do they won’t have it ready 48 hours later. Constantly have to transfer prescriptions to other pharmacies. They might as well close down because they don’t do anything anyway.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. The pharmacist, Cuong Le, and the store manager, Bryan, were extremely rude to me as a long-time customer. I have been coming to this pharmacy for over 20 years to get my medications and other items, but the way this staff treats customers is unacceptable. Instead of making the store better, their attitude is driving the reviews down. Very disappointing after decades of loyalty.

I recently went to pick up my prescriptions. They didn’t even have them ready for me upon my arrival, and I was initially told there was nothing available for me, despite receiving emails days prior telling me I had prescriptions ready to be picked up. I remember one time, a few months back, they didn’t get to refilling my prescriptions for WEEKS. My doctor had sent refill requests, so there was an issue from the pharmacy’s end. They also tend to be closed when I need them most. They’re not a 24/7 pharmacy, which is a huge inconvenience for me. I would change pharmacies if I could, because this one has let me down several times.

The pharmacy techs at this Walgreens are the best; hard working, friendly and attentive. Especially Malshree who always recognizes me and quickly pulls up up my Rx and status. Walgreens’ refill reminders and auto phone and text notifications are helpful.

Don't waste your time at the Sterling Pharmacy. Go to another Walgreens' Pharmacy location. Couldn't process my insurance at this Walgreens for a Flu Shot, so went to another Walgreens where they did. I'm tied to Walgreens pharmacies.

Most useless place, it's a pharmacy but they don't Flu shots without appointment even though there is no one there waiting. NEVER GOING TO ANY WALGREENS. Not sure how they are still in business.

Very kind employees. I came in looking for a special shampoo for my skin condition and there was none on the floor and the ladies working at the front went to the back and got it for me.

Phamacy Service has gone down hill in the last year. No text notifications or phone messages when prescription run out. I suspect Walgreens will be gone soon.

Wow, I was shocked that the ratings for this pharmacy are so low. Everyone I've talked to has been super helpful and nice. They've helped me track down out of stock meds and worked to transfer prescriptions sent to some random pharmacy. I know pharmacy workers are often overworked and stressed so maybe just being kind and patient has made thp difference. I so appreciate the driver-through too. Sometimes there's a little wait but I don't mind - I'd rather wait in my car than go stand in line, inside. The website and text alerts are pretty nice as well. Unless they start messing up my actual medications or I move away, this is my go-to pharmacy!
