I’m just tired of it. You make sure that you pay the yearly things you can have your deliveries free. And like right now in the heat, the people that are packing it start with frozen food first and they’re all taught that. So by the time they’ve done that and they’ve shopped for everything else and then it goes in a hot car with the sun and it gets to you. Everything‘s ruined everything that needs to go in the freezer is ruined. And I have never not one time and I have tried a lot to call them and speak to them no one ever has answered the phone. Ever which is crazy. And then sometimes they make some of the food like their pico de gallo and instead of putting the film over to seal it they just put the cap on and these shoppers will pick it up and put it in there and they’ll spill all over The place. I Have even said to them, would you shop frozen foods first when you were in the store buying your own stuff? And they all say no but I’m like nobody’s preserving anything. I got one good Driver last year Who is smart to put a cooler with ice in her trunk so when she would get people stuff that’s frozen she would just throw them in there. And then they were great when they got to me. I appreciate it. I gave her a bigger tip anyways that’s my bitching for today.

I usually shop at the Walmart in Sterling Va. I’ve never had a problem on finding my items. The staff is very courteous & friendly. An employee named Nexie, went over & above to help me at checkout. When employees like Nexie takes time to greet you & is courteous & polite, that really makes your shopping experience wonderful. Kudos to your staff, & especially Nexie.

Very disorganized Wal-Mart store in Sterling, VA. It's a pretty large store but needs more attention to details compared to the average Target store. Many times I go there and the shelves are not stocked properly. Usually many itmes are out of stock. Items on the shelves are not where they're supposed to be, according to the labels. Cannot figure out the prices of most items because the Wal-Mart app won't work inside the store.

It is Walmart. There is a lot of stuff there with the exception of a good deli counter. I am not even sure if the word deli can be applied to the counter. Aside from that, I go, I buy, I leave.

Unacceptable does not begin to describe this is not the Custodian’s fault is purely on the store manager. Billion dollar corporation is telling me it’s OK to piss on the floor as long as I buy something. Metro has better bathrooms than this Walmart.

Do not use the curbside pick up. 2 consecutive pick ups, their app was broken. Both times i had to knock on the door to get my order.

dont work here, management favors employees that have been there for YEARS and will let just about anything slide and make it an issue if you bring up any complaints. third shift stocking is the worst and full of more people who stand around than do their job while management gets fatter in their office.

Why do they allow the political survey people to walk around and harass people? Stop following me around with your clipboard and keep asking who I voted for. The only reason I even came here was because I was getting an oil change, which was another nightmare. Never coming here again.
