I'm not going to lie, this is probably one of the nicest Walmarts that I've ever been to. Super clean, well maintained, well staffed -- it's got it all. Plus it's got an incredible selection of international foods and ingredients for anything that you might want to cook to expand your tastes. Every time I visit there's plenty of people to check out and usually a large number of self-checkouts open, so there's never any sort of wait. If you're looking for some supermarket shopping out in this area, this is definitely a great place to visit!

I had an absolutely horrible experience at the Walmart Supercenter in Dulles Landing. The staff was extremely incompetent. Some had such strong body odor it made the experience physically unpleasant. Others seemed totally out of it, scanning the same items repeatedly with no awareness or urgency.
There was no organization, no customer service, and no accountability. The entire store felt like it was being run on autopilot by people who simply didn’t care.
I will never go back. If you value your time and patience, shop somewhere else.

Always way too crowded. Carts are in bad shape and most of them are dirty and broken. And for some reason, they put these huge pallets in all the aisles and start restocking hours before the store actually closes. It makes it completely impossible to get around the store, and the employees act like you’re inconveniencing THEM by daring to go grocery shopping at 8pm.
Overall just not very well run.

Always clean.....shelves are perfect .... people are always helpful. Love going there.
I have noticed some shoppers being short tempered about things being locked. It does take a while to find the keeper of the keys at times. I think shopper's have to remember.....it's because of some shoppers that STEAL things. So when you're waiting "patiently" for the key...... Keep in mind it is not the store and the way they staff it...... But it is a result of so much stealing going on. The store is trying to lower its losses so that they can keep the prices low for you.

This Walmart is the worst store! They have the worst customer service and employees. You can’t even file a complaint with management because they’re just as rude as their employees.
