it’s with every wawa tbh but this one really put the cherry on top. usually i just get turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato’s and pickles with bacon and for some reason they can never fit all of that into the sub and the tomatoes are always in the side of the sandwich but now they literally completely disregarded putting the toppings in the sub… why apply for the job if you’re not gonna put in the simple effort of doing it.

I waited 15 mins for 2 DoorDash orders. They had fun chatting while they worked and never made eye contact. I finally had to interrupt after they handed out several in person orders to people who came in after me. When I finally was able to say I was there for DD orders and said the names, she said “oh! Here you go.” They’d been ready the whole time-off to the side, behind the counter. I’m so tired of places ignoring DoorDash orders/drivers. I get penalized when orders are late! Do better!

Hello, today 5/16/2025 at 12:45 AM I went to get coffee. The manager of this place came in a dangerous and brutal manner and said there is nothing for sale. You are not allowed to buy anything. When I asked why, they said why did you wash your coffee cup here and continued to quickly get out of there with complete disrespect and said there is no need to pay. My personality has really been disrespected in front of others. I hope the WAWA officials will follow up and stop this practice of dealing with customers.
Please investigate. The camera inside this place recorded everything perfectly. I was wearing red with a black hat and jeans. 12:45 AM on 5/16/2025. Please follow up with the person who treated me badly.

Lots of older people with a baby brain 🧠, I leave my house go and pay my a sandwich the lady refused to give my food accused me of stealing the food can’t give it to me and I told her I did pay for it, instead of her asking the cashier, she just take me as a criminal, come home call the store for complain, the store street manager hang up on me talking about I should I’m not listening to him to defend his employees stupidity,

Genuinely the best Wawa there is. I’m the decaf coffee guy lol. I come here probably 5-6 times a day both daytime and late night. Every worker here is absolutely on point and cool as hell. Coffee is always fresh, food is great. They always brew my decaf fresh even when it’s 3 am. This place is like my work battery. Love these guys!!

Every time I go to New Jersey, I first go straight to WaWa to have a coffee aisle. I wish the WaWa company had services in Cleveland, Ohio!
