This location was my first Wegmans experience!
All I’m gonna say is I was blown away by how much selection there was….and caught myself trying to buy all the things….lol.

Wegmans is a real jewel! Unbelievably diverse selection of foods and products, top notch customer service, very reasonable prices, incredible location, plenty of parking, and on and on. One of the best supermarkets I've never been to in my life. Plus, they have that cute little train that runs above that I am so endeared to. This place has it all and it deserves its sterling reputation. Keep up the great work, folks, and I will certainly be back. Highly recommended, no better place than Wegmans.

Do NOT order delivery from this store. I placed an order for my son’s birthday party at a location 5 minutes away from this store and I opted to use their delivery service. I did not know that they outsource their deliveries to DoorDash. I only found that out the morning I called to confirm my order. Once I heard that I began to worry. And for good reason. I got a call from DoorDash when my order was picked up from Wegman’s asking for the address which I already provided in their Meals to Go website. Once I confirmed they assured me that they had the address and would call me back when my order was close by. 20 minutes later and no food arrived at my party. I then called this store only to be told that the delivery person brought the food back to Wegman’s and they had to find someone else to deliver it! This is now 30 minutes past the original time of delivery and I had hungry party guests waiting for dinner with no food. I then had to leave my party to go pick up my order myself and all they offered me was a refund for the delivery and free pizza! My entire order should’ve been free! Not only was it late but it was also cold! The tenders were super salty as well. Wegmans tried to tell me that it wasn’t their fault, it was DoorDash’s fault. My response to that is if you say you provide delivery you better back up your service. I don’t care who you outsource it to! That’s your problem not mine. I ordered it in the Meals to Go website using the address the site pre-filled for my party venue. I never use DoorDash in my daily life because stuff like this always happens. Had I known they use DoorDash I never would have placed my $300 food order here. Buyers be warned.

A woman at the self-checkout came over and started showing me how to scan bananas and weigh them while I was just trying to check out on my own (I never asked for help, and I’ve done it many times before).
She acted like I was stupid, telling me how to weigh the fruit, which buttons to press, and then stood right behind me waiting to take my basket, even though I told her I was still using it.
When I paid, she stayed there, loudly instructing me how to complete the payment with a rude and irritated tone.
It made me feel really embarrassed and uncomfortable.
Sorry, but I absolutely did not need help like that.

Having lived in Rochester for 15 years I can without a doubt, say this is the worst Wegmans location I've ever been to. Ev charger fleeced me for $75, out of condiments, sub toaster broken, rotisserie chicken was disgusting, bathroom gross, but one star for the taste brownie.

We love doing our grocery shopping at Wegmans. It's very organized, and there are more options available. The bread is freshly made, and if you happen to get hungry while shopping, there are various cuisines to choose from. You can dine upstairs, outside, or simply take your food home.

This is probably the only business I enjoy walking into and just look around even when I don’t have anything to buy. Always ended up finding new things to try. I like the friendly staff, the product choices and the location itself. Simply an awesome place to do grocery shopping and dining in. This is the best Wegmans store around in my opinion.

I just want to take time to show my appreciation to one of your employees, by the name of Morgan. If I'm not mistaken, she works in the prepared food section, where they make the sandwiches, wraps, etc . Morgan is not only observant, but she is also very assertive & takes initiative in assisting customers before they even have to ask. She personally helped me with a customer's doordash order request in such a professional manner & actually got it taken care of, after another employee (I won't name) declined for a reason I wasn't clear on.
From what I witnessed, Morgan exudes great leadership qualities which also exemplifies what a team player should illustrate. I acknowledge her contribution to your company, & hopefully she is also recognized highly by management. May the continuation of her efforts take her beyond far & gets her the rewards & prosperity that she rightfully deserves.

Peggy took 20+ minutes out of her day to make sure I was taken care of. She went out of her way to check every single coupon discount and anything she could find to help me. Peggy deserves the world, but for now just give her a massive RAISE!!!!!!
