The worst bank ever. Makes u wait a while even for an appointment. Customer service sucks. They don’t have enough people working any time of the day. Don’t bank here if you want to wait and get shitty service.

I would have given zero if there was zero reviews. One of the front banker literally treated me with attitude and an insult. WOW transferring to another bank.

Had a teller asking me so many questions about what I was doing inside the building if I had any business there if I was a customer all that I told her that I was a customer and that I was just waiting for my Lyft because it was cold outside she just kept questioning me so I just left waited outside obviously I was an inconvenience for her

I went to Sterling location around 3:55pm on 12/10/24. Waited over 7 mins at lobby but no one even acknowledged or even asked if I needed any help with anything. One employee(lady) even walked by me still didn’t ask what I was there for. It’s like I was invisible there. Please note: I wasn’t standing in front of teller line because I needed to open a CD. Then I walked to one of the office and told a guy in the office that I needed to open a CD (I wish I asked his name, he has a dark black hair about 5’8” tall) He told me it’s too late to open a CD now and I need to come back. I was shocked that branch opens till 5pm and it was like a little bit after 4pm. I said that’s fine, I will just go to another bank next door now then. He said no worries. I was thinking no worries!? What does he mean? Anyhow, then I left. Please note: I am an exiting customer so it shouldn’t take over one hour to open a new CD. I have never been turn away during business hour from any other banks. Just like other people said in the reviews. Horrible customer service. This was my first time went to Sterling location and would be last time too.

Waiting time is a joke!!!the staffs just ignore your time. I was waiting for my safety box access for an hour…people were coming and going, but the only thing the staff was telling me was ‘take a seat, someone will come and help you’

Horrible location you going for a deposit sent you to atm, I need to do a wire they will see if they are available tomorrow they always avoid help try to send you to a different bank

I have been Wells Fargo customer over 20 years, this is the worst location and customer service I came across, the location I normally go to closed recently, due to that I have to move my safe deposit here, each visit is a worst experience, except miss, Allison no one is good at customer service

Waited for 20-25 mins and left…. Only one teller and manager walked in somewhere when she saw me…horrible service.. credit union is the way!!!

One star would be too much to rate customer service. The employees working in this bank branch are unskilled and non-professional employees. Wells Fargo's service quality has dropped to a lower level, which is the worst. really bad

Customer service is non-existent here. It seems like bankers like Daniel really don't want to work and come up with excuses to avoid helping the customers. Please find yourself a different bank where they care about their customers.

This branch has gone to shit over time. Waited 25 mins in the drive through line, parked my car right there and just went in. Finished working with the teller inside the bank and went back to my car in line and they still weren't finished. Reversed my car out the line and just went about my business. Only one line open. 2 employees helping one car instead of opening another line. Just buffoonery at its finest. Train some better employees. This never would've happened a year or two ago.

This Wells Fargo has terrible drive through service. There is a regular customer that goes through the drive thru every morning and holds up the line. I waited nearly 15 minutes for my deposit. The customer drives a red Camaro and doesn't seem to understand how banking works. Please refuse drive through service for this customer as this has not been the first time. When I made the complaint to the rep I was told to use the other drive through lane. However I have done this before and had to wait even longer because the other agents were busy. This is terrible service and someone with competence needs to educate that customer and refuse drive through service for them.

Monitha Tripoly must be the most efficient lady in Wells Fargo. Exceeded all my expectations as far as banking goes.Well done and to the manager there as well. Not sure of his name.
