One star would be too much to rate customer service. The employees working in this bank branch are unskilled and non-professional employees. Wells Fargo's service quality has dropped to a lower level, which is the worst. really bad

Customer service is non-existent here. It seems like bankers like Daniel really don't want to work and come up with excuses to avoid helping the customers. Please find yourself a different bank where they care about their customers.

Monitha Tripoly must be the most efficient lady in Wells Fargo. Exceeded all my expectations as far as banking goes.Well done and to the manager there as well. Not sure of his name.

They are well staffed with friendly and efficient people. It has consistently been a pleasure each and every visit. The branch is clean and inviting.

Customer service at this branch is horrible, the manager and bankers are rude. I witnessed the horrible service today 6/9/23. The manager actually called the police on two customers because they were trying to get help and the teller was being rude to the young woman because she didn’t understand what she was trying to get help with {which was a lie}, I heard her explain to her TWICE why she was there and that customer service had suggested she come to a branch to get a check reissued. The young man expressed that he didn’t like how she was being rude and disrespectful so they called the police on him, he didn’t threaten them, he wasn’t yelling or anything. Worst branch I have ever been to. While working with the public, be professional!

Zero if I could. Worst service, slow and terrible banking tellers, staff, and managers. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy.Shorted my money, and won't give it back. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

The customer service is terrible. Made an appointment one week prior after confirming with the bank for the specific service. They cancelled the appointment on the day of service. Not acceptable at all.

This branch is terrible. If you try to get any transaction done other than simple deposit and withdrawal, the employees here struggle. They will make you wait a long time. Do yourself a favor and find a branch with more competent people.

This place takes forever to deal with people in line. 1 teller for 10 people. A process that takes 5 mins anywhere else takes 25 mins here. Avoid.
