09.04.2024 10am REVIEW CCTV. Waited just shy of an hour, perhaps more than that to make a withdrawal of 18k for my new automobile purchase. I had 3 forms ID and debit card with pin... I felt degraded and untrusted. Easy to take money hard to pay it out. Over and above the WF credit cards of mine compromised about every 17 months on average, in past five years. Bank ouy WF

My mother has been a client for 30 years and we moved to Sterling. Before, there were very kind and helpful people, but today there aren't any. They have people with a bad attitude, bad character, and they don't like helping the elderly.

I’m considering closing my account at this point. I came in when it wasn’t busy because my name changed. I was told I needed an appointment even though everyone was just in their cubes. They then all left to go to the back when I asked how quick of a process it is (super short). At least my old bank took people when they had a break between customers.
