I’m considering closing my account at this point. I came in when it wasn’t busy because my name changed. I was told I needed an appointment even though everyone was just in their cubes. They then all left to go to the back when I asked how quick of a process it is (super short). At least my old bank took people when they had a break between customers.

Last night, I had a problem with the ATM at this Wells Fargo when depositing money. I called the bank and a worker by the name of Marissa answered the call.Through out the whole call she sounded very uninterested in the service she was providing. It got to a point that she expressed herself with “ughhhh.” After the service she issued, I’m left with concern over my claim and if it was even file properly.

Stopped in on today, Monday around 1pm and had long line of 5 customers waiting foe the 1 teller. There were two employees working in cubicle when the male employee told the female employee he was going to lunch. (Even with 5 people waiting for the teller and a customer waiting to talk to someone.When finally at teller I was told by the lady she could not do what I requested. I told her they had before then she educated me that I was asking for the wrong kind of service. I just needed a deposit.Not a good experience.

This establishment is never properly staffed at the desk, normally only having one teller available to service accounts. The rest of the people in the building would rather have you wait for the one teller rather than assist.

0 starUnprofessional staff, even the manager. I needed to open a new account and stop by. They made me wait for half an hour just to tell me they were busy and couldn’t help me and that I needed schedule an appointment. The place was not busy at all and all of them were just standing or walking around doing nothing. Worst customer service. The staff and management need to be trained on customer service skills and time management. Never going there again.

This morning I arrived at this Wells Fargo branch because I needed a document for direct deposit from my company. Unfortunately, the customer service agent was very rude to me, she spoke to me in an arrogant manner as if the bank were hers. ask her to ask one of her co-workers for help, maybe they could know about this document, she rudely told me that she was the manager.. It really is unpleasant to arrive and not be able to have any kind of response to your situation... lousy customer service..

Wow! This location really exceeded my expectations. I needed to move my account into a trust and I was dreading it! I put it off for six weeks because I thought it was going to be a big complicated pain. But Ron M was fantastic. It was much simpler than I expected and he was so patient and had a really engaging personality so the whole experience was awesome! Thank you Ron and Wells Fargo!

I went to this bank with a lot of questions and the gentleman, Dylan, was able to assist me with everything I needed. He gave me all his attention and was very kind to me and my 81 year old grandmother. I will make this Wells Fargo my go-to bank from now on and I will be recommending this place to all of my friends and family.

Very rude customer service representative. The lady whom I talked to literally lied with confidence and was very rude to me in terms of talking and conveying the information. My bank has been bought twice until it was finally bought by Wells Fargo. They have steadily grown without getting too big. They have always taken care if my issues and treated me with respect. I can't ask for more.
